GameStop has been one of my favorite gaming distributors that I have ever shopped at. I was really impressed by the staff and neatness of the store. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to see other customers and myself were taken care of. And on the latter compliment, I was impressed with how the store looked in the middle of last minute Christmas shopping... it was nearly spotless.

The employees were very friendly and patient with my elderly neighbor. He is hard of hearing, but the guys working were super sweet. Thanks, you are appreciated! Also, I want to add that my neighbor is kind of a jerk, too, lol. He wanted me to change my review because he didn't like one of the games he purchased and completely trash the employees.

Excellent service for parents who stopped playing after Atari. 😄 They will help you out.

Our family are gamers, so we love this place. Staff are always friendly. Small sized store, so it feels like friends when we stop in. Highly recommend. Still amazing in 2024

Groovy location been going here for the past eight years, plenty of Video games clothing and other stuff that'll catch your eye. Highly recommend to any Gamers and soon to be Gamers or anyone looking for something different and interesting to purchase head inside. Having been my first time at this location the staff was very helpful, and courteous place was clean well stocked I especially like the anime t-shirts and items.
Assortment of not only video games but items to choose from.
I'll definitely be back.

The employee was awesome!! I had taken my 8 yr old grandson in there, with him not having any idea what he wanted. After about 20 mins of us walking around and me asking him did he want this or that or this, etc... I decided to ask the employee (who finally got a free moment to help us) for some ideas. He had suggested a couple of things and then he showed us the Nintendo LABO. My grandsons eyes lit up, he was so excited!! When we got home, he got to work and before I knew it, he had the fishing pole assembled (99.9% done by himself) and was fishing!

I've always had an amazing experience coming to this store and interacting with the employees. Today, they had a very rude, rowdy, and obnoxious dad make a scene and DJ/BJ (forgot his name) handled it VERY professionally; I could not have handled it myself! 😁

Games and collectables and so much more. The staff are friendly and informative. Our last visit was unsuccessful in finding a new game to play but the guy working helped us as much as possible by making suggestions and even printing out a list of the games on sale. We plan on coming back again to try our luck next time. This store is hard to find as it's set back in the corner of the plaza but convenient for a quick trip to the game store.

December 23rd, and myself and everyone else are doing the last-minute Christmas shopping. GameStop is PACKED, the shelves are starting to become empty, but the crew here at this GameStop is a well-oiled machine and they know how to answer questions and keep the line moving. And if they didn't have the game, there was an associate on the phone calling sister stores trying to locate it. I was in and out under 6 minutes, the clerk even saved me $32!! Awesome work, GameStop! Keep it up tell your boss you need a raise!

Called in my regarding an order I received. I asked if I could bring a disc by, under warranty, to have it replaced since it wasn't really being read by the xbox (other discs worked fine). Sullivan helped me out and even checked which stores may have another copy of my game to replace on the spot.

Always willing to help you find the item you want. For being a medium size establishment it has a very sufficient amount of good games and accessories to choose from. The staff is great when it comes to calling them on the phone to ask questions.

Awesome store. Jeffrey and the management at this store were very helpful in setting up my rewards membership and even helped me exchange my broken controller for credit towards a NEW one which I had no idea that GS even offered before today. Many thanks.

These guys are SUPER knowledgeable and nice. They have everything u need there. Only bad side is they are ALWAYS busy there so it might be a while before u get helped. But once u do, it's great!

Wonderful experience all around! Knowledgable staff and very helpful! What I liked most is they spoke from experience to answer my questions. I'm ps4 and the gentleman I spoke with was Xbox but still had great reccomendations based on his experience and consumer reviews!
