This was by far the most amazing storage facility I have ever been to. I am so happy I had the pleasure of doing business with them. Matt had always been helpful on the phone and Vicky was a pleasure to work with. From opening the account to closing, I was so sad to leave them but had to move closer to home. At times I would call a few times a day for different questions and they always ALWAYS made me feel like I was their only customer. I appreciate this of them. I recommend their facility because of Vicky and Matt. The place was always clean and I loved the security system they had in place. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Vicki, Matt and Sergio set the standard for exceptional Customer Service. Always pleasant, professional and quick to answer any questions. Their regular walks around the storage area keep the area safe and we know our stored equipment is taken care of. Thank you Vick, Matt and Sergio. You are the best!

Been using services for nearly a year now. Storage units come in many sizes. 1st month ‘special’ saves on money. Staff is very friendly/personable and above all professional. Storage units were well kept an eye on. If ever I misplaced the lock they called me within a hour to notify me on my mistake. They aim to give the best customer experience. 10/10 Have recommended it to friends and family members.

First I want to thank the team at Dollar Storage for their amazing customer service. Matthew has gone above and beyond when we transitioned from a smaller unit to a bigger one. Secondly the property is always clean and well kept.

Great business... good prices... originally was going to keep unit a couple of months but after I had the pleasure of dealing with Vicki and Matt... I will be keeping my unit on a more long term basis for as long as I am in Tucson!!! Both Vicki and Matt are both customer service centric... they know what good service is! Kudos to the both of them... and I have been a customer service for over 30 years, and I don't write things like this litely!!

Vicki the manager was absolutely amazing! She was able to secure me with a storage unit . I had to call her and let her know that I was unable to get movers in that short of time to move in my property. Vicky suggested that I call Easy Movers because they store their items there. I called Easy Movers they were able to secure my appointment and move me in to Dollar Storage . I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation at a very stressful time of my life .Vicki showed such compassion and made me feel at ease I am so thankful.
Vicki went above and beyond not only getting me my unit but also getting me my movers.

I've had only good experiences with dollar self storage in the past few years.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had my household items stored at several different storage units across Tucson. The team at Dollar Self Storage (Dragoon Street location) is, by far, the best management team I’ve encountered at any storage facility. Always polite, super on-top-of-it, and willing to go that extra mile. I cannot recommend this Dollar Self Storage location enough.

Vicki is the absolute best! She was genuine, patient, and an overall joy to be around! I've been looking for storage, and this, by far, has the best prices for the size I needed. Customer service was top tier, and I will definitely be referring all my family, friends, and co-workers to her for all their storage needs! Thank you again, Vicki. You are the absolute best!!

This is probably the best storage facility I have ever used. Over the years I have come and gone from home storage to business storage and the customer service is always spectacular and the property is always clean. I appreciate the quick and easy sign up process and accessibility. I highly recommend.
