It's hard to see all of the abandoned animals in a facility, knowing they used to be part of a family. That being said, they have clean kennels, food, water, and the staff is really great! The video loop in the lobby was helpful, several dogs we were visiting were on the video and we could see them playing more naturally. Overall, a great experience and we have adopted a new couch potato!

Theyre doing the best with what they're given. The volunteers are lovely people.
I took their dog Nathaniel out on a dog day out/pj party and he was one of the most perfect dogs I've ever met. They're currently at capacity of over 400+ dogs so even if you're not looking to adopt, if you want to foster or take a dog out for the day to give them a break from the kennels every little bit helps.

We met Eli while he was being taken out on a day trip and fell in love with him. Unfortunately he got sick before we could see him in the shelter and the PACC volunteers and staff were so helpful. They took precautions and took his sickness very seriously and we were able to pick him up after he recovered. The kennels were clean and all the doggos had food and seemed well cared for. The PACC is at critical capacity and is doing amazing with what they are giving. The adoption process was easy and everyone was seriously so helpful and friendly. There are SO many amazing dogs in the PACC that would love a foster or a forever home. Thank you PACC for taking care of my boy Eli before he found his way into my life. What you guys do is something special

I found my new best friend today at PACC. I have been looking for several weeks and finally found the right one. The staff at PACc is so kind and helpful. They not only celebrated this sweet little dog, finding it forever home, but me finding the perfect companion

Way better than the Humane Society. So many dogs to choose from and great system too! We really appreciated the organization. They bend over backwards to help you make adoptions happen with the right dog. They respond when you have questions and concerns afterwards too! Great experience and we love our new doggie! .

They truly care about the animals and the families wanting to adopt. Very clean, very friendly and they know their animals. Was a wonderful experience. I will adopt from them again.

Couldn't have been better.
Very pleased with the puppy we brought home and the other furry children are accepting him as well.
We changed his name to Buck and he's making himself right at home.

Busy, hardworking and good people. I probably visited about 5 times before moving forward with adopting and each and every visit was positive. The staff are willing to answer tough questions and if they don’t know they’ll find the answer. It can get somewhat crowded so don’t expect to show up and leave quickly

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the adoptable pets and their temperaments. The adoption counselor Michelle was very thorough when it came to adoption processes and fees and made sure to remind us that the pet we were interested in may not be available any longer by the time we're ready to adopt. I can't wait until we are ready to adopt n bring home our new furry addition to our family!! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful. We'll be back soon!

What PACC is doing to save lives is incredible! They have a huge foster and rescue network (but can always use more help) to aid in keeping them a no-kill (any healthy, adoptable animal) shelter. The kennels are kept clean, water bowls are full of clean water, cat litter boxes are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the adoption and foster process are streamlined and not complicated or time consuming. In my opinion, although the Humane Society is a worthy cause, they limit intake capacity so PACC takes in the overflow which makes it more challenging to retain the "no kill" status. I have adopted two dogs and currently foster one dog, all from PACC. I would recommend you do the same if you're looking for a pet.

We would like to thank Kat and trainee for helping us select our forever pet. With their insights we selected a female dog who we named Sage. As you can see she is part of our family’s pack. Thanks again for our wonderful experience.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the ultra clean facility and uplifting ambiance of the cat area. Obviously well cared-for animals, a great system for meeting them and getting a one-on-one introduction, and no rush to decide. The staff and the volunteers couldn’t have been friendlier, more efficient or more helpful with my many questions. Danica and I now at our forever home together!

I reserved a sweet little kitten Long hair, orange tabby/ white kitten. He’s got cerebellar hypoplasia. But he’s so loving I can’t wait until we can bring him home. Everybody was so helpful in explaining his condition. And just the sweetest volunteers.

The facility and the staff are world class. The service provided is a tremendous good for our community. Years ago, PACC was there to reunite me with my dog, and we ended up adopting another one after that visit. Today they were able to take in a lost cat that I found at my house, and I left feeling so impressed with the caring staff and clean premises. We’re planning to adopt again soon from PACC.
