Christine provided great service this morning. She was very kind and patient. She showed us things we didn't even know we had. Offered different services and also made things simpler for us seniors. She is a great access to this credit union. We are thankful that is here.

I needed help in a bad way today due to fraudulent use of my card. Christine came to my rescue! She took care of all my needs and was so very courteous! Oh I am so thankful for her fantastic expertise and willingness to help me with everything! Christine is wonderful!

Thanks to Ana Santiago for helping me with the IWS warranty department, concerning a Key replacement program. I had communicated several times with IWS and representatives. Ana went above and beyond, she was able to contact a representative John and explain my issues. She communicated my frustrations and issues, and he was able to immediately help find a resolution. This further reinforces my decision to continue banking with Additions. Excellent Customer Service and follow up on your employees.

Rosie was AMAZING 🤩 Just opened an account. She explained everything to me in great detail and her conversation was so fun & welcoming! I left feeling great and confident with my choice to bank with Addition! I will be referring more clients to them, Thank You Rosie🌷

Christine Williams was a dream! She was so very very helpful. After my account encountered fraud, I was completely distraught, but Christine was very very reassuring, and showed me how to protect myself from that ever happening again. She was patient and kind and very considerate.. She gave me her card so that if I had ever any misgivings or doubts about fraudulent activity on my account, I could call her and she would personally look into it and help me.

Wouldn’t you know it that later that afternoon another account was hacked and she was able to look into it, and give me answers and reassure me as to what was happening. She was true to her Word! Thank you Addition Bank for Christine!

I had a great experience at the Sanford branch. I was reffered to Ana by a current member. The branch was extremely busy but I was greeted promptly but I chose to wait for my appointment with Ana. Ana was very professional, efficient and went above and beyond to make sure that I left the branch with what I needed. I will definitely be back to the Sanford branch.

The team member Jenn is amazing! She’s always smiling and more than happy to help with my weekly transactions. She’s also always eager to answer questions and help out in any way she can.
