I recently stopped by Prospector's Pouch in Kennesaw, Georgia, and let me tell you, it felt like stepping into a friend's cozy living room. The folks there greeted me like an old pal and guided me through their beautiful jewelry collection with genuine care. I ended up snagging a gorgeous 14-karat diamond bracelet, and they even fixed my mom's beloved necklace on the spot! What a relief to finally find a jewelry store where I could take my time browsing without feeling pressured. Prospector's Pouch is definitely my new go-to for all things bling!

I had a ring from my grandmother who recently passed and it needed a lot of TLC…. I just got it back and cannot believe the amazing job they did! From the mom and pop feel from customer service to the quality of work was outstanding. I will 100% come back!! Thank y’all!

I took an old ring in for a makeover. They did a great job and charged me a fair price. I will definitely use them again. They are friendly and professional.

Ilene and the team at Prospector's Pouch are absolutely wonderful! They have been in Kennesaw for a really long time and take so much care with every customer. Their prices are very fair and usually better than the chain stores. They also have a ton of one-of-a-kind jewelry. My fiance' and I are exited to use them for our wedding rings.

I by chance stopped into a place called prospectors pouch my goodness!!! the women Ilene and Celeste could not be nicer they helped me with my scrap gold $500 for pieces that were laying around the house. Then repaired a piece that meant so much to me at a reasonable price. and in all my ex citement and fun in such a beautiful store I bought myself a chain I will never shop at any other jewelry store again this was nothing but a pleasure.

I have to say that I have been to several jewelry stores in my life but I have never received the excellent service that I received at Prospector’s Pouch. Ilene and several other people that work there were genuinely concerned that I was happy with my purchase. They do fantastic work and stand behind their work! I love them all and I love my ring. They did custom work with a new setting and my grandmother’s diamond. It’s beautiful! I can’t wait until I want a new piece of jewelry, I know where I will be going! I have a wish list!

There are so many reasons this beautiful store has been in business as long as they have. Quality products and service. Transparency in pricing. Unique items. Expert gemologists on site. My husband and I have bought several pieces from them. My engagement ring was a custom design and I love it!! I inherited some jewelry that they are re-designing into something more my style. If you dream it--they can help make it happen. Prospector's Pouch also has cool fossils and items for rock hounds. Something any kid (young or old) would be interested in. The experience is so much more personal than at a large chain. I can't imagine buying jewelry anywhere else. If I could give more stars; I would. This treasure is worth the drive.

Thank you so much to prospector's pouch. If u need a jeweler they r the one to use. I recently noticed that the stone in my ring was loose and took it back to them. They tightened the setting and it was better. About a week later I noticed it was loose again and took it back. They had to send it out and I just got it back. It is much better. Unfortunately Ilene Smith one of the owners noticed that my stone seemed to be fading in color and put in a new stone. I have used this company for years and would not go anywhere else. Their customer service is above and beyond. I promise u will not leave unsatisfied.

I have had the pleasure of working with C.R.Smith, Ilene and Debbie for decades. They helped to design a cutting and setting from my daughter's sapphire she found in North Carolina. She was 12; now she has four sons.
These knowledgeable and patient people have such a variety! My husband has bought a fossil, I have bought necklaces, charms and earrings from them! The artisans' work have gorgeous displays! If your taste runs to natural or native art, they have it. If you prefer sophisticated pieces, they have wonderful and unique rings, necklaces and any other jewelry you can imagine. I'll bet they can match anything you can imagine.
They also carry polished types of mined rocks and can provide any related information!

About 35 years ago my husband had my engagement ring designed and made here. He passed away last year so I took that ring and our wedding rings back to be made into one ring. Eileen, one of the owners of this family run business has kept me informed of the progress and actually sent pictures of the mold and the finished product so I could see it. I am moving back south as that’s where I’m from. My husband and I had retired in Wisconsin where he was from. She has kept the ring in her safe for about eight months until I could move back. I am picking up the ring next week and I am so excited. It means so much to me. This business takes a special interest in its customers and I would recommend it to anyone.

I picked up my ring and it is beautiful. It means so much to me. Eileen was so nice to me in my times of grief. When I left to head out on the road in our camper she said, “ Now you be careful. Don’t be looking at that ring when you are driving.”. Eileen , I was tempted to keep looking down at it but I kept remembering what you said and I kept my eyes on the road. Thank you for everything. I truly love my ring and when I pass my niece will get it so that it stays in the family... (along with the story of how the ring got its start)

This place, the staff, the selection all awesome!! Stopped in this morning for some quartz of which they have several different types and sizes. They also sell unique well crafted jewelry and prices are nice and clearly marked. Thank You ladies, your store rocks!😂

Couldn't ask for better customer service. Ilene and the rest of the ladies working here are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Just started another custom project with these guys and cant wait to see the final result. Have to finish with admitting to not have a strong grasp on the language of custom jewelry, but I personally trust the prospectors pouch and their integrity in regards to their work.

I have purchased jewelry from Prospector's pouch many times for friends and family. CR, Ilene and the entire staff are always ready to make you feel like part of the family. They have some of the most amazing jewelry pieces you will find anywhere in the south. If you have never seen Georgia midnight.....Go now! It's an amazing gemstone and you will have something not many people can claim....a part of Ga!

Beautiful specimens on display and for sale. They have the kindest and very knowledgeable staff. I get rough stones for tumbling there often. We've also bought some beautiful jewelry there as well.

Awesome place. My wife and I originally got our wedding rings here. Later she decided to go less traditional and get a smokey quartz placed in and it looks amazing. They did so good

always takes great care of me and is kind enough to keep a wish list for my family to make gift purchases for me! Love these guys.

The friendliest jewelry store in town. I was there doing some work, before I left I was more than happy to spend some of my money. Not a high pressure sales pitch like at most jewelers.
