The UPS Store

I recently had an unexpectedly positive experience at this UPS store. The owner and manager went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with a purchase. Their understanding and helpfulness were truly remarkable. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely be returning for future needs. Highly recommended!

Essentially very pleased with this specific location off Cobb Pkwy in Kennesaw. I would recommend it over any other location within a 25 mile radius. The staff is great, they get things done well every time. Color Printing is exceptional, and so is the laminating service, the Notary Service is fast and thorough, the regular Shipping and countless Amazon Returns have always reached their destination - I am always offered a receipt for everything from tracking to the smallest of jobs. I can understand why this location only has 5 stars reviews and 1 star reviews, in all honesty you cannot please everyone. But in my opinion, they do try and mostly succeed in helping ALL CLIENTS. Of course there is sometimes a queue, why wouldn’t there be - especially if many clients choose THIS location over others? Parking is also very easy, since there is a Publix store in the same mall. I hope the hardworking staff here gets more praise, they earn it on a daily basis.

I’m so impressed with the staff at this location!!! They were so much fun to work with. I needed help sizing and printing something for a costume. They worked with me patiently to find the perfect solution. Great group of people working over here!

I had no issues returning an Amazon package here as it was an easy process! The staff were very helpful!

I don't give 5-star reviews easily. But, the team members at this UPS Store deserve it.

Here are some of the things I observe them doing consistently well:

+ neat, tidy, well-organized work spaces and lobby
+ clear, clean signage
+ courteous and professional even though retail customers can sometimes be challenging
+ accurate delivery of mail (I rent a mailbox here)
+ clear communications by email
+ full range of services
+ they recognize me and often have my package waiting for me before I am next in line

I've been renting a box here since the beginning of 2013. I have seen Kyle and his team go through many changes. I even went through a period where I felt I would need to close my box. (I did open a USPS PO Box and began switching my address, but that takes a long time and I kept the UPS box open in the meantime.) But, that rough patch of disrespect and misunderstanding has ebbed and things seem to recently be back on the better side of service.

I used to recruit our customer service reps from the counter staff at this store when I first started. That's how amazingly well they all were. Whatever the rough patch's cause(s) were, I'm seeing a return to the customer service standard that won me over those first years.

Here's hoping they are on solid footing to keep me as a customer even while I transition tons of accounts to my new USPS PO Box. I do enjoy their extra level of service and hope we can keep going.

This is my primary and favorite UPS location. I buy and sell shoes so I visit frequently. They are always extremely friendly, efficient, and wanting to help. Even when I’ve gone in there and they are slammed with people, they do their best and I’m usually helped within 10-15 minutes. I have zero complaints with this location and as compared to others UPS location, they are far above the rest. I’d choose this location over any other even if it means driving a bit further!

I love this UPS Store! Very friendly, always have a notary available, quick service and friendly staff. It's nice to have a family owned business conveniently located two miles from my house. Highly recommend.

I ship worldwide with my business both UPS and USPS. I've been in many times now and find they are always polite and helpful.
As a retired airline pilot I appreciate the fact they do not take an 88 pound packages without the proper check-in. Nobody in their right mind could think you would just leave a package.
Also during this pandemic they have shown that they care about their customers by wearing masks and requiring social distancing.

I have known the owners of this particular location for many years, and although this is my first review, I am hardly new to enjoying the professionalism and care that Kyle, Michelle, and the staff as a whole consistently provide in their store. Whether packing, shipping, or printing, I have never known the quality of both product and service from a UPS Store, or to that fact, any customer-facing business. Although I can manage my particular needs through online portals and sites for arguably less money, the outstanding product quality, excellent communication, customer service, and convenience keep me coming back for more. Thank you to the staff and owners at UPS Store 2644 for always putting me as the customer first, and know you have earned my business for life.

This is a review by my friend Justin Soriano. I’ve been a client of Michelle and Kyle for 6-7 years. I’ve been treated with the utmost respect and dignity by them and their staff. Being a disabled individual that is not something I’m used to. They have done several print jobs for me including posters, t-shirts, business cards, letterhead and envelopes for my business. There was even a point when I needed business cards because of a moving location and it would’ve been difficult to afford to pay to have them printed. Kyle and Michelle did it for free to help me out. They’ve also designed a brand new e-commerce website that looks absolutely beautiful at a very good price for all the work they’ve done. And after having more than $17,000 stolen from my business by two individuals, Kyle and Michelle helped to get back on my feet. On top of everything they’ve done for me on a professional level, they’ve brought me food and supplies during the quarantine. They check on me regularly and delivered packages for me when I could not and have overall put me first. I will always appreciate what they’ve done me. They’re phenomenal people with a phenomenal business and if you ever need printing, packaging or small business services, and you’re in the Cobb area I suggest you stop and pay a visit. I know you will he treated with respect and get the expert service you deserve. I know I always do.

The staff at this store are amazingly friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in I am greeted with warm smile and hello. The guy with the crazy hair went above and beyond to help me print an email and then fax it. I am not tech savvy at all and he made the whole experience simple.

A flyer file submitted for print got a little wonky in the transfer online, so it did not print accurately on their end. A new file was sent over and the store staff handled the change promptly, professionally, and kindly. This is a great service to have for very low volume printing and quick turnaround.

I highly recommend this UPS Store. I have known the owners, Kyle & Michelle for years. They go above and beyond in everything they do. They truly care about their customers. Their employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.The store has many services beyond shipping. I have gone there to have documents notarized, signs created, and t-shirts printed. My daughter is a member of the graduating class of 2020. Michelle created a beautiful congratulatory yard sign in less than 24 hours and an adorable 2020 t-shirt for her during the quarantine. We are so thankful to have family owned businesses like theirs in Kennesaw.

long hair guy was awesome, 2 girls super friendly, other male had good conversation. They are fast and always friendly and I've seen them deal with complicated people professionally and with too much patience !
