Clean store, love the discounts. I was surprised the pharmacy had what seems to be a full staff. I saw six pharmacy workers and was pleased that it took about three minutes for me to get my prescription. I literally counted the people (LOL).

Had a great experience at the minute clinic. Very pleasant and on time. The cashier at the front was also very nice and helpful!

The pharmacy staff is incredibly kind and patient. The staff at the front is also very kind and friendly, and keep the store very clean. There are lots of great deals if you spend a little time looking. Their makeup selection, holiday items, and wellness aisles are my favorite to browse.

Im reading these reviews and can’t help but feel that some people just feel entitled to the up most exceptional service. Stop to think that maybe these people have been working 40 plus hrs. You want super fast service but the minute a mistake is made it’s over. I go here all the time and I know it’s a wait which is why I prepare for the time. I have had great customer service from everyone in this store. The bathrooms may be cleaned in the Mornings it’s not their fault customers use it and make a mess. I guess we want the pharmacy to stop preparing your meds to clean that up as well. People need to have a bit more of compassion some of these employees don’t spend time with their loved ones to make sure your meds get filled. Thank you CVS for all you do.

CVS 2782 Cobb Pkwy store number 2147 is top notch and nobody is better than Noor at the pharmacy. She’s great! Very professional, kind, respectful, resourceful and fun 🤩 we definitely try to pick up our prescriptions whenever she’s working cause she’s the best! Go Noor!!

I just had a lovely experience with the pharmacy tech in the drive thru. He was super fast and his personality was outgoing, made me wish I had a prescription to pick up everyday just to talk to him. ;) great customer service.

I've been using this pharmacy exclusively for a year now. I've not had a single problem. Everyone in pharmacy is friendly, professional and quite helpful. I love their app for managing my scripts and my husband's. Yes it's an extremely busy pharmacy, but they handle it very well. If I get home and forgot to pickup a script I can run out anytime and get it.

I typically use the pharmacy here, as well as the minute clinic and other purchases.

The employees and kind and helpful. The nurse at the clinic remembers me from previous visits even though I don't go often and checks to see how I'm doing overall. The pharmacists do a great job as well and are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall great place, highly recommend to others.

First time in at this pharmacy. I just found out my cat is diabetic, and went here to get his insulin. I have never dealt with diabetes before, much less for a cat. I was shocked to find out the insulin prescribed was over $300, which the first associate who helped me was kind enough to mention before filling. I tried to redeem a coupon later on a second visit, but was unable to use it bc it was for a pet. The associate that helped me (Wendy?) was super helpful. She found a manufacturer's coupon that helped me save $200! She also made sure I had the proper size syringe for a pet dosage. They made this day much less stressful for me, so thank you!

This location handles their huge volume of customers very well. It's also open 24 hours a day for the main store! They are incredibly polite even when faced with irate and impatient customers. The staff works constantly to meet the high demand of the location. This store is in a very convenient intersection so it's normally busy.

The Minute clinic was fast and easy to make a appointment.

Went for a minute clinic appointment and was blessed to get the nurse Angela. Super nice and super helpful, loved talking with her and overall made my experience very enjoyable, despite the way I was feeling.

Great service!! Another CVS left me waiting after getting released from the hospital for an hour and a half just to tell me they don't have it while i needed to take my meds. Their system was down in this store. And i was feeling side effects from not taking my meds on time but a gentleman here went out and beyond to help me and get me my meds that night!!! If it wasnt for him i would've ended up back at the hospital. Thanks!!!

I have not even had to have a script filled there yet but after having a horrible experience with CVS Specialty pharmacy it was so wonderful to talk to the pharmacist at this location. I called early in the day to see if my husbands meds were delivered there. She took my name and number and told me she would call me when they arrived. She waited late in the day just in case UPS came late. I knew they weren't going to be there by this time but forgot to let them know. She called me to tell me she hadn't gotten them. I explained the horrible time we were having with the Specialty Pharm and she was so sweet and apologized , which it wasn't her fault. She didn't even have to call me. I know we are not done with problems with the Specialty Pharm and there have been complaints filed now but she offered her assistance in anything we needed.

These are first-world problems, IMO. This place is a typical pharmacy. Things take time. They're thorough, and they take their jobs seriously. I haven't had any of the bad experiences mentioned here. I'll continue to use them. Keep on, CVS.

I needed to print a couple of labels. The young man working in the front couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I wish I caught his name. Great customer service!

Always has my prescription ready before I arrive after visiting my doctor. I can call ahead if it is not and they always have it ready. Great service!

Clean store and the sale associate was very courteous. Love this CVS!
