Publix Super Market at Cobb Parkway

I’ve been here multiple times but I am providing my review based on my last visit when I picked up a deli order that I placed via the website. I placed the order for an ultimate sub and a sub as a salad. I got to the store right around the designated time that I scheduled it. It was ready for me when I arrived and it was made according to my customizations. I have no complaints and I totally recommend the subs as a salad if you are gluten-free because that has opened a whole new world for me! They have that process streamlined so it is very easy.

Visiting Atlanta and didn’t know this Publix but love ours back home. This one has awls scanners which ours doesn’t and we used the normal check out and noticed we picked our oranges that had a gross one so we switched it and they made it super easy. No drama.
The bandages and braces weren’t in front of the fancy counter like ours but were close so it was all easy to find.

My wife ran here right at dinner time for a few last minute items. She ended up with way more than she came for and somehow walked out without a bag of groceries. I went back the next night, spoke with Kim and showed the items on the receipt we didn't get.

This AWESOME employee spent 10 minutes taking me thru the store to get each item, bagged them up and apologized for the issue.

I can't speak highly enough of this kind of customer service. You have a true treasure in this employee.

Publix is to me my favorite place to shop. They have the most calming store, the best customer service, and you can always find things you can't find at other stores. Also it's always clean and sanitized.

I love this store. My favorite is the white mountain bread from their bakery and their cheesecake. Try them and you will like them too.

It's one of the best Publix's in the area. I often come here when the one on Jiles Road doesn't have what I need. It is always clean and the employees are always friendly.

Good selection. Several items we wanted were on sale, which is a plus. Delicious fried chicken.

Probably biased in this because I love the bakery staff, especially Logan. This has to be the best bakery department I've ever been too. I had an idea in mind and Logan always comes through. 🤗

As always, a very clean place to go grocery shopping. Riding carts are always charged and push carts are always wiped down.

It was right before they closed and I had to run in for 6 or 7 things. They (Publix employees) knew that I knew they were closing in 7 minutes. So they didn’t obnoxiously/annoyingly voiced that “we’re closing in 7 minutes” to me which is nice because it doesn’t make me feel like just because they’re getting ready to close they already stop caring for customers. Not to mention the one of the employees even offered to walk me out to my car to make sure I got in since it was night out. That to me goes aloooooong way! Thank you all. Y’all rock!! 🤩

Is always easy in out and employees are ready to helping you at anytime.

I shop here sometimes. The quality and selection are good. This is a much safer store to go into than what you find in the most dangerous city to drive in in Georgia, Acworth. There are red light cameras at some of these intersections that catch people trying to run a red light and I've watched the Kennesaw Police Department pull over speeders in this area.

They got the best fruit ever 😋 little pricey.
