Both of the people I dealt with were very friendly. My items were ready for pickup when promised and they did an outstanding job. The prices were in line with other dry cleaners in the area. I was very pleased and will be a repeat customer.

Hands down this is the best dry cleaning service I’ve ever been too. I brought in my uniforms that needed cleaning and alterations badly. I spoke with a nice lady at the front and went with her suggestions. My uniforms are so crisp and clean! It took no time to clean, fix my issues with all of my uniforms in no time. The service was fairly fast for the amount of clothes that I dropped off. Needless to say I will be returning back and letting all of my co workers to please give them a try! I can’t stop looking at how sharp my pants look. I feel like a new person. I highly recommend!!!

I brought in a decades-old tuxedo for use (as a retiree) at a formal military event.
Larry handled my experience. He asked questions to gain insights and background. Then he said “when do you want it?”

On schedule, I returned. The tuxedo looks brand new. The material is a fresh and deep color, the pressing is smooth and accurate, and the tuxedo (TAILS!) looks like I had it tailored for me yesterday. Excellent work, and a great customer service experience too!

I had a pair of jeans that needed repairing at the zipper. It's something I normally would have given to my mom to fix for me, but she recently passed away. I was very emotional about having to find someone to do this for me now, and I just found Martinizing online. The owners helped me both at drop off and pick up. Martinizing did a fantastic job with my old suede jacket. It looks like new! I was ready to throw it away because it was worn in spots as well as dirty. They worked magic with it! And they are so friendly as well. I am definitely impressed with the customer service. I would certainly recommend.

The lady who helped me is wonderful, wish I'd gotten her name, but really great service, great job on a badly stained silk tablecloth! The location is at end of strip on a corner at the Butler Creek shopping center and has drive-thru, how much easier could it be? I'll be coming here again!
