AT&T Store

AMAZING experience here. We went in to transfer my phone plan from T-Mobile to AT&T and it was so quick and easy. The representative that helped us was Maya and she was fantastic! She was so sweet and helpful. I was able to keep my same number and we were in and out within 20 minutes. This store is also so clean and beautiful on the inside. Thank you, Maya! <3

I love Stephanie. When I tell you she was patience with my mama and I. She so darn helpful. I can’t thank her enough. She wasn’t pushy and made us feel like a value customer. We ended up getting iPhone watches with a deal they had on top of getting my dad another phone. Good customer service is hard to find now days. She went above and beyond. Thanks for laughs and service.

I stopped in the Acworth AT&T store to price shop a swap from my current provider. My family and I were greeted by Cooley. Cooley was an outstanding representative for AT&T, which was a big contributing factor in my decision to make the swap to AT&T. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had patience with my family's indecisiveness when selecting a phone. After a bunch of back and forth with the kids, the store didn't have the pink iPhone that we wanted. Manager Terrence called another store, and was able to find the pink iPhone. Terrence drove to the other store and picked up the phone so we wouldn't have to settle for something else. Thank you Cooley and Terrence for a great experience!! Keep up the great customer service; the other providers should take notice on how to treat customers.

Danny at our Acworth GA, store was outstanding! We bought 2 new cell phones and accessories to! The employees were all great but thankfully we got Danny to help us! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Was in a panic, had switched from Verizon to AT&T, couldn’t log in iMessage so I deleted my eSIM leaving phone useless. I went in the store and Stephanie was awesome and helped me in 2 minutes.

I came in 11/20 to set up my new 15 Max Pro and return my 14 Max Pro. I was fortunate to have had the privilege to work with Terrance, Acworth store manager. I have found him to be very exemplary in his ability to be supportive and respectful especially after having a very trying experience with AT&T over the last 3 months in attempting to transfer my services from Roswell to Kennesaw. He appears to be passionate and enjoy making a difference and bring positivity to the workplace. I really enjoy collaborating with him. I hope to get him every time I’m in need of assistance at the AT&T Acworth store. You have a great team at Acworth (teamwork makes the dreamwork).

Went to AT&T to add grandson to my account and ended up coming out with a new phone.😄 I ended up getting the 14 versus the 15th. I was going to get the 15th but when I realized I would have to change all of my plugs because it doesn’t fit my previous phone and all the other phones a tablets in the house,
It just didn’t make sense. Upon changing my mind I was in the store I was told that there would be a restocking fee to take the 15 back to give me the 14th. Mind you I hadn’t left the store, haven’t even touched either phone. I had to speak to the manager about that issue of restocking fee but he took really good care of me so I am a very appreciative of that service. I believe his name is terrance he’s a very good manager there at that store.
I would say to anyone if you’re buying a new phone, make sure you ask all of the questions first before making your selection to ensure that it will take care of your needs.

I did have to wait for my phone to transfer data from one phone to another and I had an issue with it and ended up having to come back to the store the following day. The young lady in the store was able to correct that issue for me.

Even though I had a couple of hiccups, I had a good experience with the staff
They’re very friendly in the store and they do try to accommodate their customers.

Joey was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped fix a mistake from another store and went above and beyond to make sire we were taken care of.

Danny was absolutely the best !!!!!! We walked in and he was READY TO SERVICE US WITH A HAPPY PERSONALITY ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stephanie is a great boss !!!! She helped him and us , and was very knowledgeable about the products in the store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joey did a fantastic job helping me upgrade my phone! He was knowledgeable , professional, and helpful! This is my favorite AT&T store!

Joey and Christy were amazing! Had a bad issue at BJs and they were able to fix it. Also, Cooley helped as well. This is hands down an amazing crew here! I will always refer to this store.

I had a few issues with making changes on my acct online, so I went into the store for personal help. Joey was great and fixed all of my issues! So happy with the awesome customer service. 🙂

My family has been using William to help us with our new phone and any problem we have. He is very professional, kind and helpful. We go out of our way to request William when we come into the store. We couldn’t be happier with his service, professionalism and great sense of humor. Highly recommend! The best person to help with all our needs.

Today I promised after leaving the store that I would send a google review, so here goes:

I had one of the best customer services experiences in a very long time. I have been a very loyal customer since 1998. However, I have my share of bad calls with customer services representatives who were all trying to up sell me instead of focusing on the reason why I called.

I finally decided that instead of calling and being transferred, I would go to my closest store and give them the opportunity before just canceling my service for GOOD.

Many thanks to the manager Christy, and the representative who assisted, Jason. I am extremely pleased to report that my issues were resolved. Christy went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I was fully satisfied before leaving the store. I can’t thank them enough for actually “hearing” me and listening without interrupting to allow me to fully explain the multiple issues I had experienced.

I am more than grateful for the level of customer service I received today.

To upper management and/or store owner, please do something special for the staff there.

I have been a firefighter for 25 years. A large group of guys I work with switched over to First Net. I did not even know what it was really. The employees at the AT&T store answered all of my questions. They took the time to explain everything to me. Then they switched me over to First Net as well, and made it so easy for me! Absolutely wonderful customer service and they were all so personable with me!

I was pleasantly surprised at the help I received at this AT&T store. Miah and Kristy went above and beyond to help me with my issues. You can tell they truly care. They sat and listened to me. I never felt rushed or like I wasn’t important. They took their time until the issues was resolved and I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend visiting this store and give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Well, my husband and I went in for an upgrade for his phone. We left with his phone upgrade, a new line you guys provide with the free HBO Max and 2 watches! The cashier named Fred M was phenomenal! He went above and beyond. Was very informative and knew all the answers to our questions. Gave his opinion and feedback and was just amazing! Granted we were there for over an hr but we had a lot of questions and concerns but he left us feeling confident is our choices and so glad we went in that day. Thank you so much for having people like him working for you guys! Just phenomenal!!
