I am appreciative of the representative Crystal for helping me return an Apple Pencil I priced matched 10 days ago. She was patient and helped troubleshoot a couple of options to identify the purchase since I couldn’t locate the receipt. I understand the heightened retail company return policy with so much fraud going on recently but she still took all the proper cautionary procedures but was extremely patient. I had to provide additional transaction proof, during my entire interaction with her I didn’t feel rushed nor was she annoyed despite a line building up behind me. I will definitely be back because all the representatives have been a pleasure to engage with during previous visit and this time was no exceptions.

Recently was here to purchase a chair. The associate was super helpful and helped me with finding the chair I was looking for and also helped with the checkout. He also helped in getting the chair loaded to the car which I really appreciate. Overall was an awesome experience at the acworth store mainly because of the friendliness and helping attitude of the associate. Will visit to the store again for any of my office/school needs. Additionally the new amazon return service was super helpful in the store. Thanks.

I needed a new charger cord for my tablet. At Staples Acworth, after showing the associate my tablet, he assisted me in finding what appeared to be a viable option. The associate went the extra mile to test the device, just to ensure that it would work with my tablet. Turns out that the unit was a match for my device. I even received a discount on the item. In a day and age where so many simply do not want to do their jobs, it is refreshing to encounter somebody as helpful as this gentelman was.

The ease of shopping and finding what I was looking for. I really liked how the store was merchandised. I had a wonderful check out experience. She went over and above to explain the reward program and some details.

I just went in with my bonus mom. The one that took care of us was Brooke. She was amazing she took such great care of us. Amazing customer service. We will never get anything printed anywhere else. We were there to have a memorial pamphlet made for her daughter. The other place we used wouldn't have them made in time so we went here for a rush order. Brooke went above and beyond to have exactly what we needed. Thank you so much we needed this blessing.

The Staples store is conveniently located and well stocked. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

In the two weeks between this visit and my last, the entire store had changed as they upgraded and renovated. I was immediately lost. This particular store seems to have enough workers, but when you need a question answered it is sometimes difficult to find one near you.

I went to this Staples for an appt. to get TSA PreCheck Enroll. They were fast, efficient and courteous. Then, I did some shopping as the Back to School sale items were good deals.

Everyone at the shipping desk was super nice and helpful. The cashier too! And very patient!

The store on Cobb Parkway in Acworth is my favorite store. The associates are welcoming and efficient. They know the functions of the store and Staples as a whole. Well run and very well staffed!!

The print services are amazing. I had a weird size (5x7) that I needed to print individual signs for, and they not only were super fast, but their customer service was incredible, and the prints look amazing! Highly recommend

I had a pretty good experience coming into Staples to get some supplies and get my TSA pre-check approval! The server went down multiple times but it was no fault on anyone here as the staff were very helpful and understanding! I highly recommend getting your TSA pre-check appoint done here! Its a well organized location!

Did my TSA precheck authorization here and it took maybe 8 minutes! Highly recommend.

My friend and I came in to shop last Saturday evening at about 15 minutes till closing. We had a coupon that expired that day and wanted to take advantage of it. The manager and the 3 employees that were in the store were beyond helpful.... taking our supply lists and helping us gather the items we needed as quickly as possible. They were friendly and helpful and never rushed us, even though it was past closing time by the time we checked out.
I will definitely be returning to this location for all my school and office needs. The friendly staff made it a pleasant shopping experience.

Twice in the last month I’ve gone to the printing center to have some works bound. Both times Bambi helped me and I must say I’ve never had such impeccable customer service anywhere like I’ve had with her. She’s super friendly, patient, confident and knows exactly what she is doing. She also goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. If you need printing services make sure you ask for her!

This review is for the lady running the TSA Precheck today. She was awesome. Had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Much better than having to run up to the airport just to apply for the TSA Precheck.
