Kohl's

Kohls is a good store overall. Through the years I've seen some good changes and some that should have never happened. But I do frequent the store and love that Sephora is there, but miss the jewelry. Overall, a good place for most of life's needs and wants!

I’ve been happy thus far with my experience here. Even though it’s setup as a self service business, and I like customer service when shopping. When I chased down someone needing something, they’ve been friendly.
I miss the days of service, but when they ring me up and answer questions it’s been ok.

Andrea, at the checkout, was so helpful. I finally opened a kohls account and she couldn’t be happier for me. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful.

Love this place great service a great place to get away from the world. Just go look *spend $ fun & a great stress reliever!

For real I shop here nearly exclusively for great brands at ridiculous pricing. Electronics and all sorts of gadgets as well. I kinda live there I guess.

Associates were very nice — knowledgeable in where certain clothing was— and checkout was a breeze - plus very sweet lady that checked me out

This is a very clean store with a lit of clothing selections. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. They have an Amazon drop-off shipping center -- which is very convenient. The store is conveniently located and they stay open late. You can get some pretty good deals in-store. I definitely recommend this specific location.

Kohl's has almost everything I want or need.
The customer service is always 5-star.

i went to the sephora in here earlier today and the staff was super helpful and friendly! kaylie helped me find choose a few skincare products and helped me with a few samples to try at home! thank y’all for the great service! the only downside is i couldn’t use my sephora gift card, but that’s not the employees faults so i’m not going to blame them for that.

Just went to look for birthday gifts. No good sales that day but cashier was friendly and had an extra coupon which she allowed us which was nice. Also Polly in the shoe department was awesome. She helped looked for 1 specific pair of shoes which the computer said you had but was not in the correct place. She found it buried in the back. She was so happy to help us find what she needed. You just dont get that much anymore.
