I have had so much help at this post office! Never had a bad experience, and I have required a lot of patience, sending packages to Australia. I appreciate the good service I have received. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, runs circles around the others, (ups/FedEx) They are only in business because they allow them to stay in business, the USPS has more planes in reserve than both ups and FedEx have combined. Monopoly bad, competition good.

Staff was professional and helpful. Line was moving fairly quick.

Reading the reviews here I was SO afraid to show up at this post office. Let me tell you. My experience was excellent. I have visited several post offices throughout the country and this is by far the best one. Rosa and all tellers were courteous, helpful and nice. I went for a passport appointment and everything went super well and quick.

I don’t know why there’s so many haters leaving reviews, maybe it’s something to do with the passport process but as far as going in with six priority mail packages to ship across the country, these guys were more than helpful. Courteous, polite, and the new attendant working with me asked questions of her colleagues and they acted like a team. I’ve been in many post offices, and my dad was a postal worker for his entire career, so I’ve seen the good and the bad and these guys are definitely some of the best.

My experience with Frank Lopez, the customer service manager, was exceptional! My son's passport had been mistakenly sent to the Cherrybell Post Office in Tucson, instead of being sent to the appropriate post office in Washington, DC (20 miles from where we live). Frank was able to locate, intercept, and redirect the package so that it arrived the day before my son's flight. He even called to follow-up to be sure the passport had arrived. Many thanks to Frank and his team.

We had our passport appointment with Tino, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He helped us retake a photo of our child that Walgreens messed up and made us extra copies. I know this doesn’t sound super dramatic, but when you have an upset baby, it was lovely to have this process go smoothly with his help!

I have used this post office for many years; I have shipped countless college care packages to my children and gifts to my family over the years and have never had a problem...In fact I will be going there tonight to ship something. I don't know what I would do if they weren't open until 7 at night...I can never make it to the post office during the work day. The Flat Rate Priority Mail is awesome! Free boxes and it ALWAYS gets there within 3 days, if not 2. I love that. And the tracking! I don't know what you people who are complaining expect. USPS offers great service for a bargain price.

Amazing service! Very professional and prompt. I had to get our passports done... Before hand.... I took the time to look online on what was needed. I made the appointment online. I was reached out reminding me of what was needed. I followed thru and no problem... None at all. From start to finish... A great experience!

Came here for a passport with appointment. Did notice if you didn't have your stuff together it took longer. My personal experience was great with Rosa

My Box Clerk is fantastic!
This USPS location allows box renters to use their USPS street address for deliveries from Amazon, UPS, FEDEX, etc.

I have always had great service at this Post Office, and I've been going there for posting parcels, letters, placing hold orders, etc. for over 7 years. Friendly,competent people, and that goes for our letter carrier, too! A lot of people complain because they have to wait in line sometimes, but it’s a lot like at a restaurant... there are busy as well as slow times.

Awesome, friendly staff. I ship packages on a daily basis and it's important for me to establish good relationships with the people I interact with regularly. I've conducted my shipping through many of the P.O.s in town in the past 3 years for my business. I stumbled into the Cherrybell location, where I have been shipping for about a year now, and it is my favorite P.O., by far.

This is the largest post office in Tucson. They are heavily worked and understaffed. Give them a break.

There is an automated package service kiosk in the main lobby. It's simple to use and saves you a lot of time through the line.

It's a govt based installation and you all want great customer service. Be happy they don't screw up your mail. Place has always worked for me. Better then Kansass. The whole state.

This is by far one of the best locations in Tucson. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have always had a good experience here. You can tell they all love their jobs and work very hard. Thanks!

The folks at this post office are all really nice & chill, but I gotta give a special shout-out to Pepper for going the extra mile to help me track down a lost package. She fixed my problem so fast & was so cool about it!!

John was super helpful in solving a problem we were having with getting our address forwarded. We tried calling, going to other branches, and online with out anyone actually listening or helping. This branch is the best!

44 cents to fly a letter for you to Alaska. World's best PO, unanimous among experts. Add Sundays and email (who wouldn't want at usps.gov for their ... Mail. Makes email more legitimate). Could replace ss# for some things. And offer same day delivery when possible, as they're working with amazon to do i think, especially if you can drop off the item early you should be able to same day ship. Stop making them the only company in the world forced to pre fund pensions. Sundays will add more jobs. Later hours. More federal investment. Maybe an encrypted message service (opening a letter reqs a warrant so). Never privatize. Raise wages with inflation.
