Lots of keto and vegan options. Cafe that has their own coffee too. Baked goods and even some bread from Juneau. Espresso bar is open Tuesday through Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday but you can still get the drip coffee.

Great find in Haines. The coffee was good.. the sandwiches (marble bread) were yummy for lunch.. the cookies were delicious too. They also sell other food items and liqueur. Mike and Logan - great service and truly made us feel welcomed.

We spent many days on and off coming to this Cafe. It's a place where there's a small market with good (by good I mean quality) products and there's a coffee place where you can as well eat a sandwich, a pie, a soup or any deserts type.

The people working there are very kind, lovely and nice. The place is big enough. There are plugs, but no wifi unfortunately for bagpackers like us. The food is really good, not too sweet for the pastries and stuff. So perfect. And the pies and soup are very original. The prices are "normal" for Alaska, the coffee a bit cheaper than other places.

Just one bad thing is : plastic is everywhere. They don't ask if you stay or go, in order to put you hot beverage in a mug or plastic cup. So really it's so sad. The microplastics might be in all this food and then it ends up in our bodies. And then in the ocean or elsewhere. I've worked in restaurant with almost no plastic so I know it's doable and totally possible. I was hesitating with 4 stars because of that, but compared to what there is in Haines, it's still the best place in town despite that. Hopefully that will change soon.

Marionberry turnover is 💯 so good. Breakfast burritos also good. Good meeting spot. Came here every morning while we were in Haines for coffee etc.

Love this little market. It has many items you can’t find elsewhere in town (like smoked salmon!). And lots of tasty baked goods and wraps to take away. Important in the off season, as there are very few restaurants open-I like pizza but not every night.

Espresso bar, Cafe, small food market rolled into one. They roast their own beans, best coffee in town. There is an attached liquor store, which can make the reviews confusing... it's actually 2 separate businesses. Downtown Haines, in between the tour ship dock and main street.

I was surprised to see so much gluten-free food available! Great selection and coffee.

Nice coffee shop with a little patio. Has a good variety of grab and go sandwiches, little grocery store and liquor store attached. Pizza menu available as well

Very tasty sandwiches. The place to go for organic food and homeopathic remedies! Locally crafted candles, salves, and foods here as well! Sit down and have a warm cup of coffee.

Love this little market. Great coffee, ready made wraps, a different selection of food and booze. Highly recommend. Only warning... it's busier than ever at peak times.

Absolutely delicious breakfast burritos! We were only in haines for a few days, and I am sad we didn't get a chance to eat there again. I'm a vegetarian and it's difficult to find places that cater to me - but this place had many options.

Great breakfasts and sandwiches, very friendly staff (seems family run), and a crazy selection of healthy/local/vegan options. While I never look for any of those three things, I found a few things that caught my eye.

They also roast their own coffee in-house, which is also amazing.

Best little shop in town. The only place that seems to be aware there's a pandemic happening. Thankful for that. Their breakfast burritos are the best in town, but they're kinda bland. Be sure to bring your own hot sauce....

I came here in 2014 with my husband, we were traveling out of state to catch the ferry that docks at the Haines Habor. We came here for lunch, we were greeted with immense hospitality from not only the staff but the local towns people. When arriving a local held the door open for us to walk in and even asked how our day was going! It was so sweet! The atmosphere is cozy, feels like home or a good friends dining room. The food is INCREDIBLE to say the least. The soups are made from scratch, the best I’ve EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Hands down. They also serve beautiful deserts/pastries. The coffee too? Oh my god, it is delicious. We ended up stayed I’d say two hours just chatting and ordering more food. It was probably the best experience I’ve had in Haines. The people are so sweet, the food is amazing, the atmosphere of this quaint little cafe is just out of this world. I always tell my friends about this experience, and to tell them; please visit Haines, AK and check out the Mountain Market & Cafe!

Wow is all I can say about their freshly made food. Very healthy, fantastic flavor and very filling. Their grocery section is second to none in Haines. By far the healthiest food selection of all the markets. Safety and service were first rate as well. Haines is a better community because of Mountain Market & Cafe

We had a latte, chai, and breakfast burritos. Everything was great!

I tried the Aztec Mocha and the young man who took my order described it perfectly. A mocha with a bit of spice. I love the fact they have 8 oz sizes so I could try the drink without feeling like I was commiting to a huge drink. They are environmentally friendly as well. There was plentiful seating both inside and outside. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through and wanting a coffee or premade sandwich from the deli.

Great coffee, great smoothies, tasty sandwiches and wraps. Excellent attached grocery store, and good liquor store.

Fantastic friendly staff who process heavy crowds on festival weekends efficiently.

We always look forward to visiting.
