Aspen Suites Hotel Haines

Staff at every level was helpful, friendly and kind. Room was spotless & so were the common areas. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! Having the kitchen was very convenient for cooking simple breakfasts & lunches. Good location for walking to amenities. Onsight laundry was very helpful after a week of travelling. One suggestion would be to improve the quality of the pillows. Would stay here again.

This hotel is the best in the area, clean, well service, all the amenities it have compare with the sorounding lodgings. A very comfortable and cozy room with kitchen in, laundry room and always hot coffee. The front desk personnel Jazmin, he have very clear what costumer service is. He was very kind and helped me in all my reservation. It has been long time that I don't saw that quality of service, is that kind of employee every business owner should have. Definitely I recommend this place, also across the street is the best supermarket on town so you will have all you need near.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful at checkin. I had a billing issue and the front desk staff and management took my inquiry seriously and handled it professionally and fixed it.

I also accidentally left my gas cap open and they called my room to tell me it was open. So thoughtful and extra. The small things are important.

They even had a handout available at the front desk of all the restaurants and grocery stores in Haines and their open and close times which was incredibly helpful.

I will most definitely recommend this place to others and stay in an Aspen hotel again.

Wow! This is not a hotel but an apartment! Very clean and guest services extremely helpful. I found a towel made up like a swan on my bed. How adorable! I told Kat (Kathryn) that she should be working on a cruise ship is was so cute.

Hotel looks great from the outside and the inside. The rooms are very clean and welcoming, beds and pillows are super comfortable. The new manager and staff are very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Haines again!

Clean and conveniently located. But the real reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of Paige. She went above and beyond to help us during out stay and gave us exceptional customer service. Seriously, what a gem of a human. So friendly and helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great kitchenette! Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Very happy with the accommodation.

It was the off season when we stayed, so front desk hours were limited--but the staff was friendly and accommodating and all our needs were met. We also were given the heads up to call if we were going to be late at all to ensure easy check in. The rooms are clean and modern, and have a kitchenette. The grocery store is steps away from the hotel for any food items you need. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, good value. Great customer service. Myself and a group of friends were supposed to be camping but the weather was terrible. We didn't have a reservation so we went and spoke to the receptionist there, who was friendly and smiley! The rate was a little above what we had expected however she gave us a good discount. The suites are a great size; double bed, desk, little kitchenette area, pull out sofa, bathroom with shower and bath option. Bonus: complimentary toiletries that smelled amazing.

Great hotel for the area. We stayed after getting off the ferry. It is clean, great condition, with friendly staff. The room had a little kitchenette which was nice. You could walk to restaurants and little shops. Had a laundry area which was kind of expensive but it is Alaska. We always stay here when in town!

I stay here regularly for work. It is always a good experience. I have stayed at most other lodgings in Haines, Aspen suites is my preferred.

Check in is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The curtains close to allow you to sleep through the long summer nights. Parking is ample and staff is friendly

This hotel is by far the best one in Haines. Extremely affordable with a government rate discount, and you get a bang for your buck. The rooms include a half size kitchen with cooking supplies, a comfortable cozy bed, and luxurious bathroom. The only downfall is that the office closes between 10pm and 7am; therefore, if you're trying to beat the border crossing time (midnight), make sure to schedule your room reservations ahead of time that way you aren't left in the cold (Our lack of research lead to that). Aside from that, we are extremely pleased with the room, accommodations, and friendly staff.

An outstanding stay at a modern suite in Haines, AK. Good location in town center, good parking, friendly and professional staff. Rooms were clean, kitchenette was plenty, bed and pillows were comfy. Got a great value off season using government rate. I would recommend staying here if you want standard and modern amenities.

Great hotel, seemed to be the newest in town. The room we got was a sweet so it had a kitchenette within the room so if you are staying longer than one night you could make your own meals. I would stay again and direct others there.

I stayed in this hotel and its awesome. Centric location, good price. The rooms are fully furnish, I mean with everything you need cook your food. They're very clean and the service is excellent. Just be aware that when you come to Haines the grocery shopping is VERY expensive, so do it before you get here.

Great place extremely clean (I'm a clean freak house cleaner with ocd) , comfy, welcoming and polite staff.
Best hotel I've stayed in in years.
