Fry's

They're usually in stock. The groceries and stuff have gotten more expensive over the years but prices have come back down recently. What else is there to say? It's a grocery store. They have added store pickup as an option, which I suppose is a benefit if you're into that kind of thing.

As usual, the parking lot is full and I had to ride around a bit before finally parking 2/3rds of the way down, but no problem. Slightly crowded, not bad for a Saturday. Found all the items I needed. Had to ask an employee where to find tofu and she practically walked me there. Very nice. Lots of produce, found organics but not much there. Used my Fry's card and received a nice discount. Always a good place to go.

Frys is one of the best lower priced groceries stores in Tucson. You can find what you need and great quality at a price that is lower by comparison to the 5 grocery stores in my area. Food is high all over,but Frys is the lowest. THANKS FRYS. You are helping us poor senior customers.

The shoppers do, mostly a good job.
I had a delivery yesterday on Nov.1st and I didn’t catch it until today, but for some reason the graham cracker crust didn’t make it to my door. It was on the receipt so I’m not sure how this can happen?
The shoppers are always pleasant.

When it’s discovered, it should be delivered anyway.

The older worker, the oldest man among you, you know what that is. that man, your employee, is a very good employee and wants to help in the matter if you need help to find what you came to buy. raise his salary, you manager.

This is a nice store. Not too fancy, but pleasant enough to enjoy the grocery run. Most importantly Fry's carries my wife's favorite coffee. That pretty well wraps it up, right? 😊
Bring home the correct coffee, or get "the look" with each sip, until that coffee is gone. 😆

This is one of my favorite Fry's supermarkets. I absolutely love their import section. I was lucky enough to even find honey imported from Germany.
The people working at the meat department deserve their own 5 star rating. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I'll definitely be back.

So far between FRYS, SAFEWAY AND ALBERTSONS. "Frys" always has the most on their shelves. They have more Variety of products and there's never been a time when I've gone in there and they were out of something. All their products are stocked nicely. And I've never encountered dust on their products...This Store is Well Maintained 👍

Love my Fry's. People are always friendly and helpful. Self check is consistently well run. And the Manager's specials keep me coming back probably too much.
.88 personal watermelons and, .50 avocados to name just two. And the meat manager's specials... so nice!

The workers and cashiers are VERY friendly and helpful. A welcome change from the general rudeness that most stores now exhibit. Great selection and super fresh produce. My favorite grocery. It's nice to walk into a large chain store and be greeted by name.

Pharmacy was kind and courteous and answered all my questions and they had what I was looking for and it was quick and convenient I could go to the pharmacist get my medicine and then go pick up what I need and go to check out within no time at all.

These 5 stars are specifically for the Barista at Starbucks named Susie. Not only does her customer service surpass any employee but her DRINKS! OMFG! It is to the point where I am not satisfied at any other location. I will not get Starbucks if she's not there. I get a redbull instead. Thanks for making the best drinks in town Susie. 😁

Amazing staff that is truly there to help you with questions and or issues you may have. It is good to know that even if you cannot find one simple item that they will point you in the correct direction. The staff is smiling and continuously working all the visits I have made to this location. The pharmacy is just the same, smiling and willing to help with anything they can. Quick service and has more self checkout stations up and operational than any other grocer that I have been to. While still having two or more people running a line for huge checkouts of groceries. I live near this location so I go here more often than not.

Victoria at the cashier register was super sweet &” professional. Melissa &” Elsa at Starbucks we’re both really helpful &” showed amazing customer service All Ladies should be recognized for their hard work &” efforts too make Fry’s customers happy thank you Girls 💕

I don't give out five star reviews​ freely. But this Fry's actually deserves a PERFECT SCORE. The knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employees are ready to serve it's customers. The store is always clean, well stocked, and has an almost endless selection of items; truly one stop shopping. In addition it also has an in-store Starbucks, Wells Fargo Bank, bakery, deli and a Fry's gas station in the adjacent parking lot. P.S. I don't work for Fry's or have any relatives who work there.

I was leaving the store and going to load my items on Tuesday nite 2/16/21, as the store was closing and I informed a younger man that they were already closed. We spoke briefly and I finished putting my bags in the car, not realizing that I forgot my tablet in the upper basket, I then departed. I got to my place and put things away and realized that my tablet was missing. I went back and was able to ask an overnite stocker to check. He came back empty handed and suggested that I check the L&F in the morning, when all would be open and managers present, in case that it was secured somewhere.
I returned Wednseday and customer service had it waiting for the owner to pick it up. Just wanted to thank those responsible for doing their jobs correctly! The procedure of getting all of the carts collected right when the store closes was key. If that was not done anyone walking through the parking lot could have taken it, but with Violet doing her job correctly she greatly helped me avoid many challenges that I created in this situation. She brought it inside to the CS desk and let me retrieve it later on Wednesday. This is my regular store and knowing that they have associates that take actions like this gives me comfort in continuing to shop at this location. Thanks to All of the Fry's Team!
