Best Western Plus North Savannah

I have been there in the Memorial Day, the staff is friendly, the room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nice and have nice variety.
Coffee machine whole day.

Beside the hotel is the Enmarket gas station very nice and clean too👍 and lots of fast food around the place.

Hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the historic downtown and the area is safe👍

Overall price and quality is very good‼

I arrived at 8:00 pm and was greeted by Mary who was so helpful and friendly. She made my check in so easy and pleasant. The room was clean and the shower was great!! The free breakfast was more than I expected. Eggs , sausage, waffles, home fries, cereal and yogurt just to name a few. Rick who takes care of it all was very friendly and kept everything looking great!! I will definitely stay here again!!

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. It is competitively priced and the night Supervisor Caleb was very welcoming and attentive when we checked in. The room was clean and well stocked and even offered breakfast the next day.
The Manager helped us with the checkout and was equally as professional. Best Western should consider Caleb for a Management position. He is young and talented.

They are pet friendly and I could not tell that a pet was there! Smells good love the staff and all! It was like cleaning up all day around there! Great place!

This has been a long awaited review for me because I just can’t seem to wrap my head around some of the things one specific person from the hotel staff has said to me and my fiancé. We stay here frequently as we now have diamond status because we have points etc, so when date night rolls around or we just need a night to ourselves we usually just come here to relax and have a peaceful night. Usually I check in with Caleb and occasionally another African American lady whom we love! They are always so nice and welcoming, but every so often we’ve come across Mary I think is her name who is not always so pleasant. There’s been times where we’ve come to check in and she has been there and some of the comments/actions are unacceptable. Our first encountered happened when we were staying for like a week, a housekeeper supposedly saw a dog in our room as they say which wasn’t true and so then we got a call from the front desk lady (Mary) who asked if we had a dog to which I said no ma’am we do not, 5 minutes later she shows up at the door and barges in saying she has to check the room. We was fine with her checking as we knew we didn’t have a dog with us, but what got us is my fiancé was in the bathroom and she basically kicked him out of the bathroom stating she’ll stay in the room until he comes out because she has to check not a “well I’ll just come back” or “I’ll wait outside the room door” nothing. She telling him to hurry because she needed to check for the non existent dog. There’s been times where we’ve checked in and the front desk lady (Mary) has asked us why we stay here so much and that she knows what me and my fiancé do. I simply brushed it off at the time but I pay for my room so I don’t believe it’s any of your business as to why I stay here so often or what my fiancé and I do in a room that we pay for as long as we aren’t being disrespectful and or disturbing to other guest. There was another occasion which was recent and we were traveling home 10 hrs and I tried calling to reserve a room for the night and she didn’t answer any of the 9 calls I tried placing. Then today I called because I was having trouble with booking my reservations online and paying with points, I called and she was horrible to talk to on the phone, she gave no number for me to call to get further help I had to go find it myself and she hung up in my face after I tried to at least say thank you for the horrible customer service I received. I can say one thing Caleb and the other lady who works nights are amazing, I’ve never had better customer service. They definitely have made a great customer relationship with me and my fiancé. I fell like me and my fiancé have very little patience left with Mary and if they continue we may be looking for another hotel and that’s very unfortunate for us because it’s not only convenient for us but it’s usually a breeze with checking in and whatnot

I drive at night so I'm asleep during the day. The hotel was quiet and my bed was very comfortable. I slept really well. The room was well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and check in was easy and quick. I wasn't there for breakfast but it looks like they offer a decent one with something for everyone

The treatment we received was superb. I was originally NOT going to choose this hotel specifically based on the poor reviews. Those reviews were from 2011- present though. So, I gave it a chance. We book a hotel every weekend near here as we're truck drivers, but never this one in particular. From the moment we walked in, it was like a breath of fresh air. The foyer/lobby is beautifully decorated, painted and well kept. Don't let the negative reviews fool you. We were greeted so warmly by Cindy, and was well.....catered to...perhaps, the sole focus during check-in.. It's what you'd expect from every hotel chain and it's employees but rarely receive. She kept polite conversation while checking us in without there being uncomfortable silence. You can tell she really likes her job and assisting the guests. As is not always the case in other hotels.
She gave us all pertinent info, and our keys and we were on our way. I came down later to tell her about a problem in my room so she could notate it so that when we left we wouldn't be blamed for it..I was not complaining, mind you.. just giving her a heads up. Instead of just notating it, she did one better, and gave us another room... would you believe it was an Upgraded Room??..We were floored to say the least when we transferred our belongings to the new room. It was beautiful! Clean! Modern! Spacious... Very Spacious and well... ours for 2 days!! I went back down to tell her that she didn't have to upgrade us as I was fine with the kind of room we were in already and she said "That's the least I can do for the trouble". A beautiful human being who treats her guests the way she'd want to be treated. Who understands that at times, she's a customer somewhere also.
We weren't harassed by house keeping, and there was rarely any noise from the other guests. I think I just found my new weekend retreat. Thanks Cindy for a very very pleasant stay!

Great hotel and including breakfast in the morning which have eggs and sausages . There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling and it’s getting old but for the price and location … was great deal .

CLEAN, large room, very pleased. Exceptional breakfast! Very tasty eggs, sausage, potatoes (one day sausage and gravy/bisquits). 4 different juices and great coffee. Breakfast lady was quick to clean every table after use and a very pleasant gentleman welcoming everyone. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here last night on our way to Florida. After a 5 hour pitstop due to car trouble we were beat! And I have a horrible cold! We checked in around 930pm and the girl at the desk was the sweetest and so helpful. The room was a nice size for myself, husband and our 3 kids 11, 10 and 4. Rooms was clean and very comfortable beds after such a rough day! We were in room 310 with a view of the pool and our van. Breakfast was wonderful plenty of options and seating. The girl who checked us out was also very sweet. After leaving we had to return because we thought we left a credit card in our room, she went to the room herself to help my husband look for it! Luckily we found it in our van! We will definitely be back for our next trip to Florida!

Cindy (the front desk clerk) was the absolute best. The hotel itself was clean and odor free. I had absolutely no issues while there. Other reviews were from when there was remodeling going on. I had NONE of the issues that others were complaining about. I didn't get breakfast so I can't tell you how good or bad that is although I stayed a couple nights. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!!

Three times a charm here - This is my third time staying here by choice.
The clean and friendly atmosphere is worth driving a few miles. Have never had a problem and the rooms are Wonderful . The reasonable prices of this hotel with great staff and facilities make it a top choice . For persons with disabilities you will find a room designed for accessibility not a cobbled together mess. The details are impressive. I will from here on always time my drive to stay the night here if possible.

A delightful experience. The room was so refreshing. We both were able to relax and remove the stress of of day. The room had a nice living area with a sofa bed. There was a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave and a table with 4 chairs. There was a nice sofa bed in this area.There was also a desk and a comfortable chair. Around the corner was a king bed. So comfy! The bathroom had everything we needed and it was nice and clean. This hotel rated Best Western A+ Excellent.

We have been traveling all day leaving a softball tournament. We were traveling with two other families and arrived at the hotel. The lady at check-in made it easy and quick to get in our rooms. The rooms were very clean. The pool with clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when traveling.

This was a very nice hotel. Building looks new and modern. Clean rooms, good breakfast, including eggs, sausage, and the kids favorite waffle maker. WiFi worked, always a plus. My only complaint is that they wanted to charge me a few for early check in, even thought the hotel was empty.

This place is great for a place to rest while driving from state to state. I have came to check in at almost 2 pm in the morning due to the long drives, and my check in experience was great, friendly staff and our room was clean and we requested a microwave which is also there in the room. Overall a great experience for my one night stay.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the rates were very reasonable when booking through an online discounter. It was our first time at a Best Western and only stayed because all other rooms were booked within 3 hours of our travel route. We were glad we booked. The only negative was the morning breakfast, we would recommend finding a restaurant for breakfast.

We were passing through the area and had reservations at another local hotel, but ending up walking out for several reasons. We walked in off the street to the Best Western Plus and Cindy went out of her way to take great care of us. Within minutes we had a clean, comfortable room and a recommendation for a very good local restaurant. We would certainly stay here again if passing through the area - great customer service!

Room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc.
