We recently finished building a home, and working with PoolRx was the best part of the entire process. The Martin family and everyone we worked with were wonderful. The team kept us informed throughout the process, and overall communication was flawless with the help of the GroupMe app. Our pool turned out beautifully and is just what we envisioned.

Pool Rx is the BEST out there! Everything exceeded our expectations! We were given 2 design styles for the space we had available. SO happy we chose a geometric style for our space. This has completely changed our backyard! Everyone we show pictures to says it is beyond gorgeous and looks like a resort in our backyard. They made every step of the process so smooth and easy. From consultation to design to build was flawless!! Pool Rx truly takes pride in the work they do and they build and care for the project as if it were their own. Communication is excellent and when they say they are coming out a particular day they are there without fail. I can’t say enough about Pool RX and how much I really loved working with Beau and Stacy. Making the decision to install a pool was not one we took lightly so we got several quotes and did our research. Beau and Stacy we’re not only the most professional but the most personable. Turner Martin at pool rx is amazing to work with. The company as a whole is great between their costumer service, pool service, and repairs. PoolRx is the correct prescription for all of your backyard oasis needs. They treated us like family the entire pool building process and beyond. As the only company that sent us a virtual mock-up and 360-degree video of what our pool would look like before breaking ground, it was a no-brainer. The whole process was professional from start to finish. They continue to wow us as they clean our pool every week and address concerns that come up (like calcium build-up on the tile for example). There is something to be said for using a local family-owned business that has definitely changed my perspective surrounding using small businesses in general. Pool Rx replaced the liner for my pool and converted it to salt water. They did a FANTASTIC job. I have absolutely no complaints. Stacy and the rest of the Pool Rx team were very responsive and answered all of my many questions. As a first time pool owner Stacy took the time to explain each step of the process and prepared me for next steps in terms of maintaining my pool. We love Pool Rx! They made it fun and easy to design & install a pool. When the inevitable bumps in the process came along, I never worried bc I knew they would make it right!
