Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites

IMO, the entrance is grand.
I love the wood work throughout. From the floors to the chairs.
The front desk was very nice, she was informative. I enjoyed the print out of the local eateries. They had slips of a map of all of the Charlottesville area that we all grabbed and enjoy.
The rooms were nicely kept. Enjoyed the extra blanket in the closet ;) and the bathrooms are kind of tight. We got a double bed room.
We were unaware of the pool, front desk informed us 'it is a large pool' we loved that, but we're unprepared to enjoy, which it looked like the pool was a highlight for this location.
Over all experience, I'd come back for sure!

Had a great stay! I was a bit apprehensive as I usually stay in Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn but this was a great option. The lobby was very inviting and smelled great for breakfast in the morning (although IHOP is right next door). The rooms looked a bit dated but it has obviously been well maintained and renovated. Everything was clean and in working order. The room wasn’t super hot like most either. The beds were clean and very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Internet worked great. The staff (including the cleaning staff) were all VERY nice.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help us whenever needed.

I just wanted to thank the staff at this beautiful hotel. We traveled from New York for my father's funeral and we will be staying here to visit everytime we come from now on. The room was unremarkably clean, the amenities were awesome and the eggs from breakfast were tasty 😋
I got into the pool (which is cleaned very often btw). Overall great stay for our 3 day vacation.

For the money one of the nicest, cleanest, well-staffed hotels we have ever stayed. Super accommodating with an early check in so we could get ready for a wedding. Great location, walking distance to several places to eat. Breakfast was good wigth a large selection of things to eat including a do-it-yourself touchless pancake maker!

We stopped here exhausted from travel & really appreciated the helpfulness and friendly faces of the staff. The rooms are clean, the whole place is - it’s a beautiful hotel inside. The breakfast was also great & I wanted to make a note of how attentive & nice the employee running it was. Being nice can go a long way to make somebody’s day, so thank you to Craig for being so genuinely caring & going out of his way for us. I was sick & pregnant and he was very sweet. ALL the employees were great. Hopefully we will be back.

It was clean, breakfast was good, right off the interstate, and best of all, close to our aunt. Being fairly newly handicapped (6 months on a walker) the handicapped room was super, well proportioned including the bathroom. The roll-in shower was a joy to use and being able to easily turn around in the bathroom a pleasure. Wish I had as much room at home.

Son & wife stayed there for several nights. It was convenient to our house,his sister's house and restaurants.

Me and my husband traveled 13 hours here for work trying to find somewhere to stay close to our job.This was a last minute idea because I arrived one day earlier to get everything unloaded as for we are going to be here for awhile there was a problem with the first room they gave us I went back to the front desk and told them the problem she fixed it right away and we was so tired but was able to get us and our furbaby settled for the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone of the staff have been wonderful. The whole place is pleasant and clean the Pool area and fitness room are well kept there are several places to eat and everything is very convenient. So if your needing a place to stay during your travel I recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. Thank each and everyone of you staff members for being so helpful and understanding.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I really only needed a bed, so it was more than I needed, but location was convenient. No complaints.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast attendant made our stay! He was So friendly and personable every morning.

Great place for a short stop along 6I64 or a longer stay to see the wonderful attractions nearby. Staff has been around for a long time. New owners are doing a great job of keeping the place up to date and clean. We spend several three day visits here each year and are never disappointed!

We spent about 2 hours looking and contacting hotels all over Virginia and all were completely booked. We had spent the entire day driving thru West Virginia and our back sides were worn out, we had headaches and just plain tired. Finding a hotel with a vacancy was not happening at all. Then we discovery on our GPS we could find hotels along our route. Best Western Plus was our first choice. It was after 10:30pm when we got there and the first face we saw was Ashley. She was so friendly and understanding. She quickly got us signed in and on our way to bed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and all the other staff were so nice. We highly recommend Best Western Plus in Zion Crossroads VA.

The entire property is very clean, and the employees are friendly and eager to help. It started with the front desk workers greeting us, and continued throughout our stay with the breakfast room employees, straight thru to the housekeepers cleaning& restocking our room. All had an exceptional work ethic and couldn't be any nicer. This made for a great stay in Zion Crossings VA.

Well attended front desk. Quiet off road location. Rhett’s restaurant is basically on sight.
Have stayed twice and will do so again.

Nice best western. Very pet friendly.
Nice log cabin looking lobby.
Heated indoor pool. Lots of rentable large gathering areas.
Great parking if you are towing or are a semi truck. Large lots and large roads for future expansion.
Plenty of grass around area for pets.
Starbucks, bar, sheets(gas) great great location.

Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms modern, clean, and bright. Large Accessibility even for non-handycap rooms. Large bath door, with area to fit next to toliet, large grab bar in shower.

View from IHOP side faces the mountains and you can get nice sunset views.

Beautiful!!! Really neat rustic look. Lots of Indian relics. Enjoyed the pool, spa and workout facility. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area was really nice. Liked the big elk antlered chandelier in middle of room. Staff was very accommodating.

The girls at check in were super nice & friendly! The room was very clean & nice! The checkout lady was best of all! We left before breakfast but she showed us were to get coffee & even got a muffin out for me to take with me! We were in a semi & they had plenty of parking! Definitely a great place to stay!

I made the reservation early in the morning on the night we stayed. However we weren’t able to actually get to the hotel until just after midnight that same day. (Called to let them know I was coming but would be late) As soon as we walked through the front door, extremely tired and knowing that due to my schedule we had to be up and out at 5 AM, Vina already had our key and everything ready to go. It was the quickest check-in I’ve ever done. Literally one minute. Like I said, it being well after midnight I let her know that we had to be up and out at 5AM. She said that she would be there and although breakfast may not be ready she could hook me up if I’d like. Quality customer service is just about nonexistent these days. But Vina nailed it. This is the kind of customer service all hotels and employees should follow. Just going the extra mile. Huge kudos to her. This makes me a fan of BWP. Thanks Vina, You made a very tight travel schedule so much easier.

I love the Native American decor in the lobby, and the early America decor in the rooms. All employees we encountered were very cordial. Our request for a first floor room was accommodated. The breakfast was excellent. We will return for another stay in January 2020.
