We stopped in round 530pm & we were immediately greeted by Carson. We had 4 upgrades (from an 11 to 15 pro max) & during the entire process, from talking money to handing us our new phones, Carson made the entire visit super easy & comfortable. There were a few hiccups (our faults) with the iCloud backup & all 4 phones took longer than usual to complete set up. Carson was very patient & walked us through every step. We were so hungry & he told us to go grab some dinner while he finished up. He had all 4 phones lined up on the desk, with new phones beside them & multi-tasked like a boss!! After being gone for about a half hour, we came back only to find 2 of our phones were being difficult to transfer & by this time, it was 8:00 (when the store closes). Carson never made us feel rushed, he never got upset because we were the reason he was working late - he was truly amazing with his customer service!! He was very knowledgeable with what accessories we needed, installed the screen & camera protectors & even gave us a few tips & tricks for the new iPhones!

I came in to being kindly greeted while he was assisting a customer giving very good instructions on how to work her phone.
Upon my turn he was so personable and assistive. Having the whole family go back to switch there phone plans!! Wish I could give higher than 5 stars and that gentleman needs a raise.
He was working the whole store by himself, interacting with multiple customers with ease!

Don't ever lose David Hockaday! After my spending over 2-5 hours with phone customer service without any resolution, over a two day period, I was now livid! I went into the Zions store in desperation. David heard me recount what shames Verizon. Simply: I could not log into my account. HOURS with phone Customer Service - no help. David took it on with the promise he would handle it and not give up without FULL resolution. He began and encountered the very same, frustrating experience. After about an hour getting guidance, the log in was done. David persevered with kindness and compassion. David epitomizes tru customer service.

David was SO helpful. I walked in there and saw there was about 4 customers ahead of me and he was the only one there. He was very apologetic and moved as fast as he could. Once I was getting help, I was done and a had new phone in less than 15 minutes.

David was very helpful and went above and beyond. He stayed late to help us fix our problems. We have gone in a few times and David has been absolutely amazing every time. He is very patient as well. I will probably only go to him for now on. Thank you David for being a rockstar!

Salesman was very knowledgeable & professional. He presented all the deals at the store in an understandable way.

David at Verizon's Zion Crossroads store in Virginia is an excellent individual. As a business owner for 20 years I was more than impressed while I sat back and watced him handle a very trying situation which involved multiple phone calls, multiple customer interactions and a significant amount of time. He displayed patience and an even keel under difficult circumstances while troubleshooting tedious technical issues; all while keeping the other customers comfortable and pleased. I should also mention that he did this up to and past closing time on a Saturday night. Verizon, my advice to you is: hang on this gentleman. Thanks for the phone David; I appreciate your help.

Great store super friendly staff and quick service.

I forgot his name but who ever was working the counter today definitely needs a raise. There was about 8 people in line when i walked in and about 5 or 6 more cycled through while i was in there, but this man helped everyone by himself. When ever there was a pause with who ever he was currently helping, he would ask if anyone had any quick questions, if anyone did he would answer and help them if it was quick. He efficiently was taking care of everyone in a way that not a single person was or even really could be upset that someone who just walked in was helped before they were. Thank you for such a great experience and i apologize for not catching your name.

A guy name David was very helpful with me getting another phone going, since I lost my other one. I'm truly pleased with his work!

Had a bad experience over the phone with verizon customer service the day before, went down to Zions crossroads location and Patrick and Chris knocked it out the park. Straight up Excellent and friendly service. No beating around the bush with these guys. Left today much happier than when I walked in. Would highly reccomend these guys if your in the area.

Came into the store to switch over from T-Mobile and even though the credit approval process took a little time for me personally my consultant Stephen was fantastic! He made the process easy for me and kept me laughing the whole time. I was the only customer at the time and the whole team made me feel welcomed. I left the store happy and with a new S8 that I love and a plan that I was completely satisfied with!

This is by far the best experience I've had with Verizon and Stephen was amazing. I will definitely recommend all of my friends who have other cell phone companies to come here and let him hook them up. It was a very simple process and I enjoyed his personality. Rachel was the most amazing person I've ever had the joy of dealing with at Verizon. She is super patient and helped me for two hours and was all smiles the whole time. She is definitely not just about sales and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied and I was happy. I will definitely be referring her to everyone I know and I will definitely go back too her for all my wireless needs.An amazing representation of your company, you're lucky to have her. I tried offering her a position but she was loyal to gowireless.
