Had a great time in Haines. Thank you for the best ebike tour. It was cold windy and rainy but still enjoyable. Our tour guides were Tom and Grant.

The location is a one block walk from the cruise ship terminal in Haines . Super friendly service and reasonable prices. They gave us a nice map to help us go out to our beautiful lake on a very low traveled Road. We rented electric bikes, and the learning curve was very fast. Thanks sockeye salmon.

A fantastic bike shop in Haines with all the gear you need, plus their bike rentals are affordable and are high quality bikes. Definitely get a pair of wheels for the day if you're visiting town and feel like riding through the scenery.

Sockeye Cycle was fabulous! We rented e-bikes from them for 4 hours in Haines. It was easy to reserve online and process was easy once we arrived at the store. The staff were helpful and we had an absolutely stunning bike ride to Chilkoot Lake.

We did their tour up the white pass and yukon rail summit and biked down. It was one of the coolest things we have EVER done. You don't have to be super fit to have a good time with these people. We had awesome guides, Jeff and Gabby, who were encouraging, instructive and helped us feel safe. Our driver Adam was also helpful when we hung out with him. Even in wind and just a little rain, the views, guides, and experience were amazing.
If you want to support a small business and have a good time in Skagway, book the white pass summit and bike tour!

Sockeye Cycle in Haines helped us out with our own eBikes. We left on a long trip bringing our bikes but forgetting part of the battery charging gear. Ted (i think it was) at Sockeye Cycle sold me what I needed from their shop, even though it was not a product they sell, and he ordered a replacement for the shop. No markup, went out of his way. Super helpful and appreciated.

Easy booking and really quality gear, especially the children's tag- along and trailer. Highly recommend for a day of cycling around beautiful Haines.

We rented a couple of road bikes in Haines for a day and it was awesome. We didn't plan out what route we were going to take so the mechanic, Ted, mentioned a couple different rides and it worked out perfectly! They have a decent selection of rental bikes and sizes as well as merchandise. The rentals themselves were in good condition too! 13/10 would rent from again.

I came here 15 years ago and had the privilege of biking through beautiful Alaska! Found their business card all this time after and so thankful it’s still open!

Asta and Adam were incredible guides!! We had such a good time on the Klondike bike ride. Whole family loved it.

Great customer service. They were personable and very knowledgable. The mechanic was able to repair my wheel in a very timely manner.
