Best customer service you will ever find! No matter what issue I might throw at them, whether it would be a broken phone, operator error, or question about my bill, every team member there will go above and beyond to help me! I can't think of one single time I have left unhappy! I would definitely recommend anyone that's needing a phone are wanting to transfer service to a better company, to definitely choose T-Mobile in Pulaski Virginia!!

Awesome store to purchase from! The manager Chris has went out of his way multiple times to help me. Even drove to my home in Snowville to make sure Sprint service worked before I signed up. Traveled out of his way to pick up the exact phone I wanted. Couldn't ask for better service!! Highly recommend coming here and ask for Chris the manager, you won't be disappointed!
