IHOP

Made a pitstop here with my boys during our road trip. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Kiara (sorry if I spelled name wrong) was wonderful and the food was great. Another reviewer said her food was burnt, but shout out to the cook because we loved the crispy bacon and hash browns! Service was quick and we were back on the road in no time. Would stop by again 😊

Fantastic we did have a little bit of a wait but had the best waitress out food was ready perfectly prepared and delicious it was fantastic. Also ordered 3 to go meals and they were perfect also. I told the manager about our experience just leaving the Charlottesville Ihop with the waitress checking everyone out before she would seat us as we were there first so she stopped by our table to make sure we were happy. I will definitely be coming here from

Staff was friendly and food was good.

The staff was really friendly, the food was delicious and came out hot. Everything was clean and they weren't pushy trying to get us out the door.

Zions Cross Road IHop.. Mariah the waitress is the best. Friendly, prompt, and courteous.
Plus, all the other staff that we encountered were, too.
It was very nice to encounter people that had real continuous smiles and looked like they enjoyed their job. So often, we encounter the opposite.
It was a delightful encounter today.

I think it's been a couple of years since we ate here because everything sucked bad. This time it was really a 180. Mariah was out server and she made us felt welcome. Our table was dirty when the host took us to our table. Mariah cleaned it herself and said she was sorry a few time. We told her every time that she didn't need to say she was sorry and it will be fine we are not mad. She did get two tables at the same time and she looked a little stressed. I told her a joke about the pancakes and she smiled and I think that showed her we was not mad at anything that has happened (it was a few things). Mariah is great at her job and we will be back because of her.

We had to wait a few minutes to get seated but things started rolling shortly after that. Very nice waitress who served us well. Weren't use to breakfast costing that much but we enjoyed it.

The restroom was exceptionally clean. Restaurant overall was very clean. Attentive waitresses. Food was excellent !!

This place was a great time! The people were absolutely awesome and we all had a great time laughing and carrying on. Great place to get some good food.

The waitress was so cheerful and pleasant to be around. I really loved her attitude even though she was slammed. Wish more people were so contagiously happy for breakfast! It really sets the pace for a great experience and day.

We had pancakes, French toast and crepes all of which were quite tasty.

Were it not for the fact that we were only passing through during a trip we would definitely go back again!

We had written off IHOP because of 3-4 recent visits in different states/locations were so bad- bad service, bad food, bad experiences. My grand daughter really wanted to go, so we gave the Zions Crossroads location a shot. We saw well orchestrated team, clean restaurant, courtesy, kindness, quick service, good food that was plated well. The General manager ran a tight ship but staff seemed relaxed even while scurrying around quickly. The Manager was doing a little bit of every job, leading by example. We were pleasantly surprised to see things looking very "pre-pandemic". Thank you for a great experience.

I have to say I think it's under New Management and everything looks like it's going well. I would also like to add that it is the cleanest that I have seen in years. Also, the wait staff working today were on the ball. Their food was so much better than it has been in the past. I really don't know what has changed, but it is definitely for the better. Keep up the good work.

My husband likes his eggs on top of his waffle and always has trouble getting them that way. Not here, came as requested.

I had a pretty good breakfast with First Lady Trice and Sister Wanda (Life Changing Ministries). The atmosphere and service was awesome, the young man that was our server was very friendly and pleasant. And my pictures show how good the food was...yummy! 😋 I definitely will visit there again.

Fast service. Their motto is, "A minute wait is too long!" Our waitress Shelley was amazing and very courteous. She was at our table every five minutes checking on us. The service came with a smile and our issues were dealt with promptly. Great job guys!! Our breakfast was delicious and great!!

Our waitress was prompt and bubbly. A wonderful experience. We will definitely return to this location.

Judy took great care of us and is a highly skilled waitress. Cups stayed filled and stayed on top of pre-bussing. Socialable.
Restaurant is very clean, pleasant and inviting.

Greeted by the floor waitress. No wait time. Seated right away. Gave us time to settle in. When we ordered our drinks we also ordered our food. Kids got hot chocolate. Waitress did us a huge solid by making it just the right temp for their precious small mouths. I ordered the strawberry 🍓 lemonade, and I recommend it. 🍋
We ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancake tacos, cupcake pancake Jr meal and steak tips and eggs no mushrooms over medium eggs came with buttermilk pancakes.
Strawberry pancake tacos are delicious 🤤 recommend, it's on the light side, sweet breakfast style, but not like a sweet French toast.
Cupcake pancake Jr was a hit bc whose going to deny a confetti pancake with whipped cream?? Uhh... No kid ever. Not mine, she loved it. Came with a scrambled egg, one piece of sausage and one piece of bacon, devoured.
Steak tips and onions were unusually sweet, but also good. Eggs over medium, I loved bc no runny whites, the chef did a fantastic job with my eggs. I unfortunately didn't eat my buttermilk pancakes bc I switched with the pancake tacos bc my son was like ehh, i don't like they white stuff, cough cough the good stuff... Cream cheese filling doi!

Bathrooms were well kept! It smelled Amazing, and that is the whole reason I am writing this review. This location did a wonderful job in all aspects. Customer service. I gave my waitress a 25% tip. Cleanliness restaurant & bathrooms very well kept. Friendliness and communication, I could hear the staff from the kitchen and everyone had good communication skills with other staff members, and staff were overall very friendly towards their coworkers and customers.

Took 45 minutes to get our food to the table. it was cold and soggy. Spoke with manager she asked if we would like to take it off the bill or make us new plates. we said take it off the bill. She then offered to warm it up for us. We declined that too. Overall we only received 50% discount. 4 other tables received cold food too

Great to see they value t he importance of having hot sauce available for eggs and hash browns.
