Cedar Village Manufactured Housing

I’ve only lived here for a couple of months and I am absolutely in love, I’m so excited to call this community my home for the foreseeable future!!!
Friendly staff, awesome maintenance crew, and so very clean!!! My favorite part is the lake and all of the ducks!!!
Definitely gonna recommend this community to my friends and family!!!

After living here for 8 years I am just as happy as the day I moved in great family community where everyone looks out for each other, it’s quiet but so close to everything, very convenient to stores and restaurants, I just love it here at Cedar Village !

I just moved in! The staff was very friendly, getting us into our new house quickly and painlessly. Plenty of nice people, cute wild life, and a caring property manager.

I have rent and now I’m retired, I was able to buy a home in Cedar Village, the owner is doing a great opportunity for people to be able to buy and not rent.- and is cheaper than rent. I love cedar village, everyone there is great and always will help you!

I have been a resident since Feb 2021.The corporate staff was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my new home. The community is quiet and well kept. Any type of shopping I would need is a mere 1 1/2 miles from my front door while still maintaining that quiet, country feel. A special thanks for the continued help of Rhonda, Ricky and Luis while I settle into my home. I love it here!

I will be here 3 years in February 2024. Have never regretted my decision to retire here. The staff is friendly and helpful and Ricky and his maintenance crew are doing a wonderful job. I am in my forever home!

Cedar Village is a beautiful and spacious property! They have friendly staff who are always attentive and super helpful! The lake is a plus and the community is kept super clean! I recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a mobile home to check out Cedar Village!

Very nice community! I feel safe raising my kids in this community. The park is very clean and the lake has fish to go fishing. The ladies in the office are always so nice and will always try to help with anything one encounters. Also, close to all the shopping centers and schools so that makes it very convenient to live in these area. I recommend it if you are looking to find a peaceful, beautiful and close to shopping area.

This is a beautiful property in the country but so close to shopping, schools and hospitals. So many new, beautiful homes being setup. You can put your manufactured home there and pick out your perfect lot or purchase a new home from Cedar Village MHC. They offer seller financing too! A wonderful community of people. I highly recommend this property!!

We recently moved into Cedar Village, and it’s been nothing shy of the best experience we could of asked for. Great staff, great neighbors, well kept neighborhood, and awesome fishing. Happy we made the move!

Amazing staff and service! Although small and quaint from afar, this mobile home community is filled with so much promise! At the cusp of the pandemic, the property managers have managed to keep its residents safe and continuing to welcome new home owners into the community. The lovely duck pond and scenery provides a soothing and calm sight after a long day's work in the town. This place is always bustling with renovations to benefit all of its residents and there is consistent and healthy communication by its property manager to the rest of the community.

Cedar Village is a great place to live. It is located in a convenient area close to schools, stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is family friendly. The office staff is very helpful. If you are looking for a great place to live, please consider Cedar Village.

The ladies in the office are very helpful and kind. They worked with me to find a home. I couldn't ask for kinder people. The park is quiet and clean. I like the amenities they have. I feel it safe raising my child there. If anyone is looking for a new home, I highly recommend Cedar Village.

I recently brought a home at cedar village and Rhonda was the best help you could ask for she was very friendly .very knowledgeable and very kind.and eager to help anyway she could .and Ricky the maintenance man take alot of pride in his. work my porch is beautifully made looking forward to living in my new community

The staff here is great, they are very helpful and friendly ! This is a good place to consider living its a peaceful neighborhood. The property is in a good area near stores etc. Overall very happy and content with the community !
