Praise Jesus I finally got the help I needed I know these people are working hard trying to process a lot of people that need help is hard being on Section 8 and having to pay your water having to pay your everything on a fixed income trash removal Etc and try to have money to last 4 weeks out of the month is very hard to praise God and thank you Jesus for the Ely helping me I really needed it and it's much appreciated

Ms . Shirley Brown is a wonderful person.and you can just feel her heart is wonderful....and the other people are nice too.

Eoa is nice very respectful on the phone seems like they truly cared about the client. They seem like they care about well being about the person

This is a GREAT place to get help with a light bill and most importantly sending your kids to school AWESOME program!

There is always room for improvement but I think with a little help things could get even better at the eoa is far as helping people ..but I have to say I've never had a bad experience with the ladies who were in place to help me so thank you for all that you do

Have been told it's a neighborhood that you should be aware of the surrounding...
Coming from New york, I was okay with going there. Not a bad neighborhood.
The people at EOA were courteous and very helpful.
I was accomodated and helped, in a timely manner.

I love it

I applied for the emergency energy assistance and was approved over a month and a have ago. Now it's about to 2 months ago and the pledge has not been paid yet. Meanwhile, Georgia Power is threatening to disconnect my power soon if the bill isn't paid. When I told Georgia Power about the assistance being promised and the payment was pending they said they do not have pending in the system. The EOA says it has been sent but GP says they have not receive anything I don't know who to believe. The EOA is not keeping their promises.
