I had some issues with a few of my orders and received a frustrating email. Once the owner caught wind of the issues, she stepped in and is correcting the issues. They definitely have a few kinks to work out with some new members but they are working them out.

I have ordered from this boutique for several years and have had very few issues until now. I ordered 3 Christmas outfits and a Christmas shirt for my grandchildren in May and have never received them. I have emailed and sent private messages on Facebook and no response. My children have also ordered several Christmas outfits from them this year and have no outfits or response from the owner. I don’t know what’s going on but I do know that the owner should at least respond and let us know if we are getting the outfits or getting a refund for the items purchased.

Horrible experience!! I placed an order online with an eta for 3/4 week TAT. I have reached out at least 5 times now via FB, messenger and tried calling in which I have received ZERO response. It has now been 7 weeks. To me, it’s like they took my money and ran. I call that stealing when a customer places an order, paid for it with the expectation of receiving the merchandise as stated and the owner of the company provides no updates nor does the customer receive any communication on paid for merchandise. I’ve even asked to just send me a refund and I’ve yet to see that. Do NOT trust this shop.

Have ordered many times from this store (online) without issues. As of this year there are many issues with orders being fulfilled as promised. I still have outstanding orders from April of 2023 that I have still not received but have been paid in full.

I started out loving this store - Super cute clothing items - But Ive ordered several things back in June / July all of which have an ETA of September. I order several holiday clothings pieces and Im sure they wont be here for the holidays. Ive emailed several times, there has been no response to any of my invoices questions. I would just like a representative to contact me.

First time ordering and I ordered my items back in June and paid for them June 29, 2023. Estimated times for this pre order was 5-6 weeks which means I should have gotten them in august sometime. I have emailed them and they have the same response for 2 months now that they are in and are getting sorta and this was in September 2023 but now it’s November and still nothing. I emailed them last week and this week but waiting 48hrs between the emails and no one will respond to me letting me know what’s going on. Then I comment on a FB and my post keeps getting deleted. Then message their fb page and they read it but doesn’t respond. I even message admins after doing all that and still nothing. It’s sad that a business would take over $100 of my money and not give me what I ordered. I have disputed the charges and hopefully I will get some money back. I have been very patient but this is is beyond ridiculous. I definitely don’t recommend buying anything from them.

Really sad to say this, but I can no longer support a store that will not communicate with its customers. I purchased a pre-order item that said 4-6 weeks till ship. I’ve reached out twice through email and twice through messenger on FB. I’ve even commented on threads due to it being 5 weeks since the purchase. Every comment was deleted, not one email or message response. I called the store, spoke to the son of the owner who told me he would “do some digging”. Next thing you know, I get an email with a refund for my item. A refund I DIDN'T ASK FOR! Not sure what’s changed within this company, but they’ve lost me as a customer.

I hate to do this because I loved this company until about a year ago. I’ve had several orders never come within the last year, even long after the expected date, and ALWAYS have to inquire about them and ask for a refund. I honestly don’t think my money would ever be refunded if I didn’t ask for it. I’ve ordered things in the past and never got them, but seen the SAME things (same size and all) sold as extras, which is infuriating and a red flag, tbh. At this point, I’m waiting for sunglasses that were due to come in late April-middle of May and have never got. My emails asking about them have said, “they are in warehouse, getting sorted to ship”. That was a more than a month ago. It wouldn’t be so aggravating if there was just some communication on what the hold up is. It gives me the feeling that they are hiding something. I’m getting major Monkey Feet vibes, if any other moms know what I mean.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will never ever support a store with such bad customer service as this one. Ordered strawberry bubbles on preorder on March 18th and still have not received the two outfits. My daughter is no longer a newborn and it is no longer strawberry season. When I called they told me it had just came in and they would ship soon. Since then I’ve been told they would be in contact but never has anyone called me back. I’ve sent email after email. I’ve called the store. I’ve left comments on other post and they are always deleted. The post for the strawberry outfits has since been deleted. I will never buy or support a store such as this one that can’t even just refund your money since they can’t provide me with the outfits. They can’t even communicate they just delete negative comments or comments that question where the product or money is.

Ordered a tee shirt back in march for Fathers Day on preorder. It was supposed to ship in 4-6 weeks but never came. I reached out on the post when I realized I never got my daughters shirt but the post was deleted after I questioned. I sent two emails on two separate days and they never emailed me back. I reached out for someone to please contact me and left my email address on another preorder shirt they posted and they deleted my comment. I ended up having to file a dispute with the bank. I’ve ordered other things and never had a problem. I wouldn’t have even been mad if someone would have contacted me.

Do not buy from this location or on her Facebook page. She owes a lot of buyers back orders and money.

Terrible customer service, I have reached out multiple times about an order that was placed months ago with no update or refund!
