Pediatric Associates of Charlottesville Spring Creek Office at Zion Crossroads

We see Dr Brown at the Zions office & she’s wonderful. We also just got a new nurse named Megan a few weeks ago & my kids absolutely love her! She’s the best with kids especially little ones! My kids love when they have Nurse Megan! Thanks so much for making doctors apts fun for my kids.

My son has been dealing with a virus for almost a week. I decided to call to be checked today, as he Finally got a fever. (I also knew they would be very busy) After leaving a voicemail to be called back I was pleasantly surprised to get a call within the hour. While some may see this as silly, I see this as a step above. When we were came to the room, his name was written on the table liner paper-and That made his day. Something as simple as a name speaks volumes.

I absolutely love this pediatric office and would highly suggest it to all parents looking for more personalized care for you child. My son is currently 9 months old and his doctor is Dr. Brown. She is the nicest, most caring, attentive doctor we have experienced for our son. We have used 3 different pediatric offices in 9 months during being transfer. The experience we have had at this office from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctor has been far
superior to other practices! In addition we love their modern clean office!

The staff and physicians provide a great customer service experience for the children and their families⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! As a single mother on a fixed income, I truly appreciated their on-site food pantry. I highly recommend this office for those looking for Pediatric care.

Our daughters adore visiting this office, in particular the friendly front office, nurses administering as well as Dr. Amy Malek. We are going on 4+ years with Pediatric Associates and thrilled with them.

Pediatric Associates in Zion Crossroads is both convenient to where we are located and offers the highest quality care for our son. The entire staff is very friendly and I would recommend this office to anyone.

We love Dr. Malik. She's been our pediatrician for 3 years now. She's so patient, kind, and knowledgeable.

I switched my children here from an office near short pump. This is the first doctors office that the doctor actually listen to my concerns about my children.

Absolutely love this place! They have been seeing my 3 babies since birth!

This is the only Pediatrics associates location that has given me the best service overall. The staff and medical personnel are professional, Friendly, and don’t treat me and my family like we’re just another folder with charts in it. I have a lot of gratitude for that type of service in a doctors office, because in my experience, it’s very rare.
My only request/point of constructiveness would be that they open Earlier in the morning. My dry cleaners open earlier than my pediatricians… I realize the hours of the main office in Charlottesville are more extensive than the other locations and there might be a reason for that, but I wanted to put this out there.

This place reported my sister with well cared for, perfectly healthy children to CPS because she opted out of a few unnecessary well checks.
They also lied and told CPS her twins were born premies in order to have a cause for the check. What a violation of privacy and cause of unnecessary stress. If you have such a great need for more business please reserve calls to CPS to situations that actually merit it.

When we opted out of some checkups they called CPS, lied about our twins being premature, and then lied about offering us free services. Take your babies somewhere else.

Do not go here. Very bad experience.
