My husband and I visited Sanais Salon as we were new to the area and to our surprise we lucked up . my husband hairline is receeding and the owner Raquel specializes in man weaves. My husband was very skeptical about trying this process but with a little convincing and seeing her other clients he agreed. All i can say is my husband was elated with the aftermath. I end up receiving a custom wig which was also amazing. Sanai Salon is not only clean, but very professional. We felt very comfortable and will not go anywhere else . she specializes in everything not just weaves and wigs. If your in the area please check her salon out.

What can I even say? Like many, I'm very tender headed. I'm also distrusting of many stylists because of damage they've done to my hair over the years. I don't need to look any further! Thanks to Raquel and her gentle touch, I look forward to my appointments, and my hair is healthy and growing!

Raquel is phenomenal! As well as being a LICENSED Master Cosmetologist, she also a Cosmetology Instructor!! I truly TRUST that she will care for my hair in the best way possible. Not only that, she's talented and artistic. When I propose a hair style, she translates my request into something even more fabulous!

Her salon is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! She's very professional, and I'm so happy that I've found her! Now, my daughter comes to Raquel also with a weekly membership! Check her out!

Very clean salon. I took my wife and daughter here after finding out about this salon on the NextDoor app. Everyone in the salon was professional and they all had on uniforms. All services were exceptional and exactly what my wife and daughter expected. Raquel was very knowledgeable on hair, I mean this woman told my wife what to use on their hair when they are not in the salon and provided a bunch of product knowledge. Sanai Salon will definitely be our go to salon. Thank you for coming to our community we definitely needed a salon that’s clean and professional. Keep up the great work!!

I seen an ad on FB with this male unit that was very unique. I was amazed at how this really worked. I booked an appointment online and went in for my appointment. When I arrived at the salon I was overwhelm to see how clean and professional Raquel was . This was my first time Getting a male unit done. Raquel did a wonderful job walking me through and letting me understand what She was doing. Raquel made me feel very comfortable with the look that was achieved . I feel that every man that is balding should give this a try . The male unit is a automatic self-esteem booster and life-changing , I truly recommend this to everyone out there .

The owner of Sanai Salon lacks professionalism on several levels. She talks negatively of her loyal customers as they sit in the waiting area. She also provides subpar hairstyles and overcharges clients. On several occasions, she admitted to overcharging clients for the same service from week to week. Instead of rescheduling or canceling one appointment, she came in an hour and a half late without warning in addition to being late other times. The owner offers training for installation of male hair units. Before learning of her unprofessionalism, I paid her $800 to learn how to perform the service. She promised to provide a “kit” (specific tools and items needed for installing male units) in addition to teaching the service. When I asked her to provide the “kit” that I paid for and the service, she refused over the duration of several months. Inconsistent pricing, overcharging, unprofessional behavior, and not providing the goods and services that you pay for. Find a hairdresser and business owner that values confidentiality, customer service, and professionalism. Buyer Beware!

Very unprofessional! I tired to book an appointment and had something else come up to where I could not make a appointment. She refused to give me my money back. Instead she wanted to send me her policy even though I booked less than 24 hours before my appointment. Had to file a claim against her PayPal account I paid through to get my money back. Will never get my money again. Very unprofessional.
