Hill's Ace Hardware & Lumber Center

I appreciated the immediate help when I walked through the door. My 12 year old paint got matched and the people had a smile on their faces. This place is one of a kind! Makes you think “Ace is the place!”

Although they didn't have the specific item I needed, they went above and beyond in helping me find it. They searched the Internet and found four options for me to try. One was to order it for me but I was dealing with a time issue. The second was to check with other Ace Hardware stores. Third was to check a competitor and the last was to order it online. Their goal wasn't just to sell me something; they wanted me to have what I wanted with the least amount of effort involved.

Went to this Ace Hardware for the first time, and was quite impressed. This location is much larger than most Ace’s I have been to, and it had a lot more selection. The staff was very helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. It may not be the size of a Home Depot or Lowe’s, but it makes up for that with personal service, and fast transactions

This is the most wonderful place I’ve ever visited! Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. I literally felt like I was at home! I don’t think I will go to any other hardware store !!!

This was my first time here, lured by a great price on fire wood. Quality of firewood is excellent, very happy with net price at 5.99, cheapest I’ve found for kiln dried. Burns a long time to. As or the store, I really like it. A much more cost version the larger stores, I’ll deffo be going here again.

Ace hardware is one of the few places left that still feels like they care about the customer. And while not all Ace hardwares are the same, this one is exceptional. I was in on a rainy day to waste time and pick up some odds and ends, I must’ve been asked a dozen times by a half dozen people if I needed any help. I didn’t but, plenty of other people did and I watched employee after employee help anyone who needed it. I prefer this place over a big box store any day and recommend you stop in a Hill’s Ace Hardware whenever you can.

This is my favorite place. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have never failed to have what I need.

I received the best customer service from Scott during my visit to Ace. I had a weed wacker I needed to restring and didn’t know what to buy or even how to restring it. Scott took the time to show me what to buy and even loaded my string in my weed wacker and on the top of that the store was about to close. He was patient and informative so I know what to do next time . Thank you Scott - I will definitely be going to this store again for hardware needs. It’s people like Scott that makes it easier to go in hardware stores when you are not knowledgeable about lawn equipment.

Excellent customer service! This was my first time at this location because the one nearest to me did not have what I needed in stock. I had two associates help me and they both had amazing customer service. Helped me find my item quickly and just an overall joy. Store was also nice and clean and larger than some other locations I’ve been too. Absolutely five stars all the way.

Much better then Lowes or home ripoff. I love the laid back atmosphere and the quality of product was higher quality than other places(see above names).when I go in it's almost like being at home with family and cashier's were so nice and happy. I'd rather spend a little more but get a whole lot better service.

Just had the best ACE Hardware experience with Jon! He assisted me with getting some keys cut and programmed. He was so patient, friendly, has a great sense of humor, and I would recommend anyone who is in need of all things hardware/key programming to stop in!

I really love this store! Nothing beats walking in to a local store, and getting the feeling of exactly that. Always greeted when I walk in, and always approached with a help offering. I recently purchased an extension ladder here with the best price in town, and I was given free delivery. This is an A+ store👍

Excellent Customer Service Here! Question of the day “Hi can I help you?” “Do you need help?” This store is very neat and well organized. Easy to find items with full of smiling and very knowledgeable employees. I love coming here. I always feel valued as a customer🙂

Super nice and super awesome people!! They were the only ones who I could get to cut my car keys for me and they did a great job and were very clear and polite about how it all worked since I brought my own blanks. Their store is very clean and organized too!

I had a great experience at Ace recently. At checkout, Lorraine asked if I found everything I needed. I had not. The product I was looking for was found online, but not in the store. Lorraine looked up the product, ordered it and mentioned I could pick it up in two days. She then signed me up for the rewards program and explained all of the services the store provides. Ace is now my new favorite place due to the extraordinary service provided. Thank you Lorraine!

Super helpful staff. Took me right to what I needed, gave me advice on the product, and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need.

The ladies of ACE are awesome! I called ahead to get the plug in that makes sounds only rodents can hear and keeps them away. I have such a phobia and the employees were wonderful. We decided what I needed over the phone. They took the stuff out of the package for me so I wouldn't even have to see the picture on the boxes and everything was at the front of the store waiting for me. No one made me feel crazy even though I know I am when it comes to this phobia. They were so kind and efficient. No one laughed or made me have to explain. No matter when I come in, everyone makes you feel valued.
