George and his wife were incredibly helpful. But here's a helpful tip: If the store doesn't carry something you're looking for, Furniture Pond has countless catalogs you can order from. That's what I did. George and his wife made the process very seamless for me. George also assembled the dining room set I ordered. I'm a very happy customer and will be back!

Furniture Pond is THE BEST Place to make your next furniture purchase and here’s why: They can get any piece of furniture that most other stores stock, except for exclusives, of course... and in most cases, their prices are better!! Plus I must say every piece we purchased is very well made and will last for many years to come!

Another thing we really enjoy is their personalized Customer Service which is very important to us! NEVER did they try to Sell us their products, but waited to hear what interested us, and then went to work to find those pieces!

As we worked with George and Derrick, they came to know us and what we liked... they were truly a pleasure!

We will always go back to Furniture Pond when it’s time to purchase our next piece of furniture! But don’t take our word for it; pay them a visit and you will see for yourself how knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional these guys are... plus the furniture is wonderfully great quality!!

The delivery guys from The Furniture Pond were awesome. They were very friendly and very careful with moving the furniture into our new home. They also made sure each piece was in the exact place we wanted it. I would highly recommend the store and their delivery service to anyone looking to purchase furniture. It was a 5 Star delivery.

Went in the store today for the first time met with George. He was very helpful and took the time to help my wife and I find the perfect bed for our daughter. He even told us that what wasn’t in stock he can order without a problem. I have to say our overall experience was a good one. And I will definitely do business with him again. I never visited the actual store, I ordered online because I needed a couch on short notice. Unfortunately they didn’t have the one I ordered in stock at the time but they were able to suggest an alternative and were able to deliver it to me the next day! Everything went very smoothly and I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you!!

I can speak now about the purchasing process, and will update again later to provide feedback on the delivery process, but I wanna say I am so happy that I found this store. In times of COVID, it has been very important for me to seek out and support a local business instead of buying from the big box store directly. Furniture pond had the EXACT piece I was looking for, and the gentlemen in store were incredibly helpful with all of my questions. Covid related delays are hitting everyone, but they also were honest about an ETA and didn't try to skirt around it.

Great place to buy furniture, price are better than other places. George was very nice and pleasant to work with. When delivered they put the couch and sofa together. I will be going back for my next purchase. Again thank you George!!

I purchased a dining room table from furniture pond, experienced some issues with my table a couple of months after. Not only did they give helpful advice to fix the table on my own, but once it was clear the table couldn’t be fixed, they offered me a brand new one! These guys are the best and offer quality service.

Definitely recommend Furniture Pond, even if you have already found a piece or a set from else where.

The team are very welcoming and provided loads of catalogs to browse through without rushing you out or pushing certain brands like other places do.

Like I said be sure to stop here before purchasing or can't decided on what you are Into. It's worth the drive.

George is awesome! He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, he offered me a fair price, delivered the customed funiture in a timely manner, helped to install and arranged these beautiful living room pieces.

The furnitue is designed and made with quality. Let me just say, I'm relaxing on the chaise right now as I'm writing this review. We're really enjoying our comfy and stylish sectional and matched chair.
