Ross Dress for Less

Great place to shop with good deals but they need to invest in shelving thought I was in the good will for a sec when I seen these rusted broken shelves need a tetanus shot after shopping here

I love Ross. It is one of my favorite stores. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any of the stores I've visited. I love most of their prices and they have a great range of products.

I love to go dress-shopping at Ross! I always find at least one dress I like, and the prices can’t be beat! When my mom and sister came to visit from abroad, I took them to Ross as well and they each purchased several dresses.

5 stars is not enough. I don’t know where Shane came from. He blessed my 70 year old mama and pad for her air freshener: He was her guardian angel. He has amazing customer service. A smile that melted her heart. Nice looking too but his inner God spirit touched us. Best customer service. Keep walking in your calling Shane

One of the best stores, with a wide variety of everything you need

Went to this store for a return and left with a cart full including shoes. Great selection in clothing is what keeps me and my friends coming back. Met the manager from Canton Ross who was filling in due to them being down one here. She was so pleasantly happy to help at checkout line while managing and helping out at jewelry counter. She was so happy & helpful with any questions. I will definitely check out her store in Canton when out there based on how involved she was in management and " holding down the fort " while being present and helpful to customers. Kudos to Ross for having her on the payroll. Now if they could only clone her for their Hiram store. It would behoove Ross to have her mentoring there. A whole cart of clothing, etc., with only one top for return. That's a great experience. 👍

I have been going to this store for forever. But today I needed a dress for my friend's wedding. Sadly due to my busy schedule I put it off until the night before. Thankfully Ross had a great selection of dresses and I found a beautiful high-low dress (out of several beautiful dresses) that worked perfectly. The sweet lady at the fitting room tried to help me but unfortunately we were not able to find a suitable camisole in my size to go with it. But I was able pull the outfit together. I think this is important to mention because the inventory at Ross changes out regularly and it's just the nature of the store. So if you see something you like snatch it up before it is gone. Like the Michael Kors boots I restrained myself from buying and am now regreting not purchasing. Likewise certain sizes may be out of stock at times. *sigh* I will be back! The dress was originally $59 I got it for $34.99. I think this is where the motto comes from Dress for Less. Yep that is what I got. I feel like this is a dress I can wear over and over again. OH AND IT HAS POCKETS!!!

Great selections of affordable clothing as well as household items. An expensive look with an inexpensive price tag.. Ross is the Best

Great selection for men. Got Nike workout shoes on clearance for $39.00. Have seen them for almost $100.00 elsewhere

Make this your constant store. The staff is nice, during any shift and the store is well maintained. Lines move rapidly and the fitting rooms are clean. I've been doing to this location for many years. Consistent experience.

Ross seems to always have something I need, something that fits, something unexpected, priced nicely. Just have to examine closely, find the flaw and determine if it's acceptable. Most times they are, barely detectable, or sometimes not even flawed. 5 stars here because the location is in a newer development, with a gargantuan expansive parking lot, and a brand new looking Super Target.

This has always been my number 1 place to get clothes ever since I was the age 10 lol. Sometimes I find amazing clothes but other times I find nothing I like. I still would recommend this for people :)

Love this Ross. The lines are typically very long, but the staff is always very nice! They have a lot of great options! I always walk out of the store buying something!

I'm a loyal customer of Ross stores for years. Mainly because they've unique, expensive items at a reasonable price. I get compliments from family and friends for the clothes and gifts I bought at Ross.

Cashier was kind. She was sweet when my toddler asked for a sticker not knowing that they don't have them. She talked to him and rang up our items quickly.

Great deals everyday. I bought tennis shoes and the price I paid for nike I can't get anywhere else. Love a great price for name brands.
