Went in to upgrade my phone and Kyle took care of the whole transaction smoothly. Also took care of me when the wrong phone was received. He made the switch a smooth one and kept me informed the whole time. The staff were all helpful during the whole transaction. Very happy with their service.

Kyle did an outstanding job in assisting with my hubby's new phone. I switched as well and got a promotional deal. Extremely excited and satisfied with service received. Highly recommend.

Parker is amazing. He fixed years worth of stuff in 15 minutes. He is sweet and brilliant and the best ever. The store is so much better than any ATT I have ever been to.

I took my parents who have AT&T to this store as my mothers old phone started messing up along with the screen. My parents have some strange security feature and what we thought would be 10-20 mins visit to the store turned into an hour and a half visit. Danielle the store manager was very patient, kind and very knowledgeable to figure out why the account was locked. Very great service.

I purchased a new phone (upgraded) online and the sales representative made this a very pleasant experience. I was inside the very clean and welcoming store for less than 5 minutes. This was the first time I did my upgrade online with an in store pickup it I have been spoiled to the point of doing it that way in the future. Good Job AT&T

I had a warranty replacement phone and could not figure out how to get the SIM card in correctly. I took it to this Deland store and had an awesome experience. Zak was there and got the SIM card in, and downloaded all my info from the cloud to my new phone. It took about an hour of his time. He made a stressful situation much more bearable. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He represents your company very well.

Zak walk me through the purchase of a new iphone, pointed out a better ATT phone plan for less money, and transferred all my info from an old phone to my new iphone. I visited Vicky G., the in-store customer service representative, a few days prior, thought about what she offered and came back to her. She changed my plan, added a line, ordered phones and set up an older phone till my new phone arrives. She is an excellent representative of your company. Please make sure she is recognized for her service.
