Aqua Express Car Wash

I first found out about this wash when one of your employees came up to me in a parking lot admiring one of my vehicles. He was probably one of the most friendliest people I think that I had ever spoken to. His name is Damien Watters and if you haven’t had the pleasure to meet him I would recommend a visit to the location in Zion just to see for yourself what an excellent example of friendliness and exceptional customer service looks like.

Since then we have moved our entire fleet of over 18+ vehicles to a car wash program with Aqua wash exclusively because of star employees like him. As we continue to grow our fleet we will continue to add them to your program.

I love this Car wash. I go weekly and have always had the best customer service from everyone! Susan "my Nissan lol" love them too, they gets her cleaned up in a Jiffy. Everyone is always working and very friendly and professional. If I had to change anything, I would add tire shine to the $24 package, but hey what is got is good too. Thank you all! Just take your car and get it cleaned already, quit hesitating!😁

This is absolutely the best car wash I have ever used. Not only does my car get extra attention to detail from the staff prior to going thru, the strong vacuums, service rags and sprays for me to use on the interior are all supplied in the price. Courteous employees that work hard! Thank you!

This place is fantastic. Quick service, the car comes out sparkling clean. Afterwards, they offer free vacuums, rags, as well as window and interior car cleaners. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

Supreme customer service! These guys are incredibly friendly and accommodating. David was great. He was very informative about the rates and convincingly accurate with his idea to possibly bring in my other vehicle. If it were my business, I’d want that gentleman working for me! Quality wash with a friendly staff. I have 6 vehicles that I bring to Aqua Express. Damian was the 1st person that greated me when I pulled up for the first time, and he is the one of the reasons I have my wash plans! There are multiple car washes on the Cville area. I would drive out of my way to go to Aqua Express.

Live this carwash!! Everyone is so nice and friendly! So nice that I sometimes wish I could get them all A pair of waterproof boots because their feet gets so wet being so helpful

By FAR, FAR, FAR The Best Automated Car Wash in CENTRAL Va/Charlottesville area!! Went there because my daughter’s Civic looked fantastic & I talked to a very nice young man named Landon. I enrolled in the Unlimited Wash which is a Bargain!! The new technology used gets your car unbelievably clean and the waxing system that they apply your wax with makes it shine almost like a hand waxed car! And like many of their other reviews have said you get to use for free an extremely strong vacuum that is so easy to use because there’s one mounted on each side of your car (No Scratching up your center console and seats). Then there’s scented cotten towels so you can make sure you leave with no water spots! Aqua Express at Zions Crossroads is a bargain!! You’ll Love it!! Rick B

Been to many washes from Richmond to Short Pump to here and let me tell you I had the best experience from start to finish!!! Had the pleasure of getting a membership and talking to I believe his name was Damien and Landon and they sold me on the membership!! FREE VACUUMS AND TOWELS!!! VACUUMS are stronger than ever and make the inside look clean they also have interior cleaner which is another plus!!! But they have the nicest employees anyone would ask for!!! Everything was clean from the parking lot area to inside the wash. But I’m going to be a member for life!!!

Decent pricing for a no touch car wash! Staff is super nice. It's kind of a tight fit getting turned into the bay entrance but not too bad. The vacuums work great, and there are a lot of them, so no waiting for use. Overall a great experience!

This is literally the ONLY automatic car wash I have ever taken my car through without a worry! The staff is helpful from the moment you hit the kiosk and they keep the lines moving efficiently.
