China Wok Buffet

A somewhat quick pit stop for lunch had us enjoying this small, but good buffet. The meal for 2 came to $23 for a weekday lunch, not terrible for the offerings. I'm fairly picky with buffet food so I won't take off stars for my dislike. My husband on the other hand found it to be good and would come back given the price and food quality. They have a variety of meats, sides, and a couple kid friendly options. My only real complaint is the won ton soup. The wontons were sitting for too long so they were extra soggy. This would be better if the broth was in the pot and there was a bowl of wontons you can add in, such as the way the dumplings are handled. They just made the wonton terribly soggy to where I couldn't eat it. The rest of the food was good quality for being a buffet. The food was hot, the flavor was good, and the staff were constantly filling drinks or resupplying the buffet. The bathrooms are also very clean which is good because I find sometimes buffets have the worst bathrooms. Overall, if we felt like Chinese and we were in the area, we would give it another go.

The food was fresh. They kept the buffet stocked. The waitress always kept our drinks full. We will definitely be back when we are back up that way.

Always good food here. They do not mind making fresh of you feel something is old or dried out. They pay quick attention to refilling drinks and clearing plates. I'm always made to feel like I'm welcome when I go there.

I returned today and food and service was just as great as always.

I've eaten at this buffet every now and then for over 10 years, it has never once let me leave disappointed. The food is always good, it seems to be fresh, the staff is courteous, and the dining area is well kept.

Me and my girls love going here for lunch or dinner. Makes eating out with a wheelchair extremely easy. Always great food & friendly employees.

I have always really liked this Chinese buffet. The food is always hot and fresh on their buffet, and takeout is always amazing. If you order a takeout meal from the menu be prepared to have plenty of food to go around, their portions are huge. Their buffet and their takeout options are great for anyone looking for amazing Chinese takeout on a budget! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

What a great find! I am not usually a fan of buffets because as a rule my saying is “the food isn’t good but they give you a lot of it!” This place is an exception!! The food is quality. They have labels above each option so no guessing on what it is! Choices are fresh and seasoned very well!! Service was excellent. Place is clean!! I will go back and recommend for anyone!!

Got a craving for Chinese food so it off to my favorite Chinese restaurant the China Wok their food is always good never had a bad meal there

Just wow, ive been eating in chinese cuisine around all U.S.A ( im in a roadtrip) and this place is one of the best ( absolutely clean, staff very cordial and great food ), unfortunately i cant give 10 stars, but they are great!!!

I kind of Despair about giving a great review for this place (just kidding) because it'll be so crowded .......I won't be able to find a seat when we want to come. (^; A great selection of food for everyone! Every dish has its own unique flavor (like it's supposed to)! Always putting out fresh food, lots of vegetables and different meats. I have been to Chinese restaurants where most every recipe, whether it's chicken, pork, or beef, has almost the same brown sauce on them. Not at China Wok....... They are great!

Ate here on our way home from Myrtle beach and was very happy as our kids wanted to stop here and we were nervous about a buffet we didn’t know but the reviews looked good so we have it a try. Food was delicious and i mean so good! Chicken was not overcooked like it is at many Chinese buffets. They had tons of shrimp options and crawfish. Everything was perfect temp and it was nice and clean. Staff was so friendly. I highly recommend it! I’d come back for sure! It was roughly $14 a person for dinner. Well worth it

The food was fresh and tasty both times we visited. I especially enjoyed the dumplings spring rolls and the fried chicken wings...yummy.
