The UPS Store

Marco, the new ownership and manager, went out of his way to help me today with an Amazon return. I had accidentally selected Staples as my return shipping method. Marco showed me how to change my shipping method within my Amazon account to the UPS store. Saved me a trip across town. Very friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend this store.

Marcia , the Manager of store #2167 in Salem VA along with Karin were extremely courteous, professional and very helpful.
I have been to this store in the past. I will definitely be using this store for copying, and notarizing . They were both are prime examples of customer service.👍🏽

I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THE UPS store in SALEM!!! Smooth transaction and package exchange. Nice and friendly staff. Marcio went out of his way to help. Nice feature that Amazon QR return codes can be scanned in store so no additional printing is required at home.

Never had an issue here. I have done tons of Amazon returns (they are probably breathing a sigh of relief I haven't needed to do any lately) but they always are courteous and give me a tracking reciept when I ask for one. There are times its a bit 'slow' but thats usually becuase a customer comes in with numerous packages and doesn't have their lables or scan codes ready and everyones waiting for the customer.

I've been a customer for years and seen various owners. The new owner, Marcio, is working hard to make this a great store. He and the staff are responsive and hard working; I've never lost a package or had any problems. Bad reviews in the past are not reflective of the current store. Great work, Marcio and team!

I was at UPS Salem trying to return a package to Amazon. The barcode I needed had not scanned completely. Marcio, the owner, helped me get the barcode and ship my return. He was very pleasant and helpful

I went to this very busy store to get a document notarized and Karen was fantastic. I recommend this store any time for notary services.

The woman working there was very helpful, I was trying to enlarge a photo and she made multiple copies until we got just the right size. It was much appreciated!

I've been a customer of this store for years and I will never go to another UPS again. With the help that Karin has given me, I could never go to another UPS and get the service I get from her!

My husband and I had to drive an hour to the UPS store in Salem, VA. We were right on the line of them closing. Karen (the employee) too our package. She is an excellent employee.

I went to the UPS Store in Salem today to return a few items to Amazon. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the documentation and the UPS Store could have easily sent me away to deal with it. Instead, Mark and Karin went out of their way to help me and together we got everything taken care of. The customer service they provided was far above anything I could have expected and I am so appreciative of their kindness. Thank you, Karin and Mark!!!

I went to this store over the weekend and had a large computer packed and shipped. Karin got it done while being the only person working. She would come out whenever a customer came in and would go right back to packing. All with a smile.

I was having trouble on the other end of a fax they were helping me with and upon my 3rd return, they were very understanding and helpful!

They chose to send it without charging me and their customer service skills are stellar. It was busy when I was there and they were extremely efficient getting us all helped asap. UPS should be proud to have Steve White and Garry at the helm! I'll definitely be back.

I had no problems with the staff or the service. I had to ship an amazon return. I printed my return shipping label on my own printer and taped it to the front of the package. I walked in, an employee took the package and scanned it , he asked if I needed a receipt , I did not so he bid me farewell, and I was on my way less than 3 minutes later. I'm guessing most transactions are like this but people who are satisfied with the service are not going to take the time to review.

Steve was able to pack and ship my awkwardly-shaped iMac cross-country and stay within my budget. It arrived totally intact! Thank you!! You can even have your package shipped to another UPS store for for small pickup fee. ($5) Just make sure the employee puts your phone number on the packing label. Couldn't be happier that it arrived quickly and safely.

Gary gave me excellent service when I was shipping my Nintendo Switch to a friend. He made sure that it was carefully packed and gave me many options on how fast to ship it. I have to say this UPS store is really amazing and I recommend you come to this UPS store when shipping packages.

I went to pick up a package the weekend before Christmas and the line was backed up to the doors. One person working, James, and he handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and was very cool under pressure. He apologized for to everyone about having to wait so long and not one person was complaining. He did a fantastic job and handled a very stressful situation with ease!
