Brackens Fish Hatchery

I attended a wedding at Brackens. It is a beautiful place full of history and impressive architecture. I had some great conversation with the owner, and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I would highly recommend a visit to Brackens.

Great environment and super friendly , I suggest going when it hasn't rain and you will pull fish left and right , yr 2021 each fish you catch is $5 each . Whatever fish you catch you pay for no throwing back in .

Always a great day at Brackens Fish Hatchery with my 4yo grandson. All I have to do is put a worm on the tiny hook and he does the rest ( even putting his fish in the bucket )

Have to say it was amazing, the kids and wife loved it. And they don't even like fishing, $5 a fish, keep what you catch. Will definitely go again soon, and owners are really friendly. Don't really leave comments, but this was a must. 5stars all the way!

Had a great time this morning. We caught 25 beautiful rainbow trout in just a little over an hour. If you want to have a good time and catch lots of trout Bracken's is the place to go! Love it there! 🤩

Awesome times there. Great service, nice safe area for kids to fish. My 5 year old Grand Daughter caught her 1st one there.

Not only is this an awesome place to catch fish - there is a lot of history here. This is the oldest fish hatchery in the country. The buildings go back to colonial times. The owner was kind enough to give us a tour. I would go back in a heartbeat!
Just a word of warning - it's easy for the fish you catch to add up quick!

What a wonderful place to fish. It has alot of history and it is ran by some of the nicest people . If you want some good fishing and fill a cooler. This is the place to go. Great for the whole family. Very hungry fish and they're always biting. We had alot of fun today. We will be back

This was my first time here and my grandson. We had a blast , him catching most the trout (I had to get 2 wth a fly rod...lol) Plan on bringing church outdoor club here soon. Great people and price. Can't beat the beauty of the area.

Simply fantastic!!! I've been there each year for the past three years and great fishing everytime. The owner is very knowledgeable and helps you as necessary.

Great place to take your friends and children took my son for his first fishing trip he slayed a bucket full and loved it big fish to !!! And the owner was very helpful and laid-back came and checked to make shure we were catching our fill will definitely be making more trips to this place thanks for the fun 👌🏻😁😁😁
