Mulligan's Beach House

I love this place!! I went there for lunch today and it was lovely. Sweet staff, good food (albeit a little expensive for what you’re getting), and the beach ambience is fantastic. Outside seating is nice as you get to feel the beach air on you, and people watch! There’s plenty of indoor seating if that’s not for you.

Huge menu with lots of great food and drink specials. Love this place!!

We went for breakfast and dinner today, the breakfast was good and service was good. At dinner our server was phenomenal! I think her name was Donna. She was running like crazy taking care of her people. Thank you for that service! The food was good then as well. If we are ever in this area again we will be back.

We loved this place so much! Beach vibes, relaxing mood, great food, live reaggae music, and great drinks! What's not to love?!

The service might have been a tad slow, but we weren't in a rush, we were there to relax and enjoy!

Hubby ordered the monster fish and chips and he loved it! I ordered the island grouper, and it was perfect! The mulligans special Bloody Mary was awesome! And our all times favorite, the fish dip! We'd return to this location no matter matter the drive, simply loved it!

Food is amazing. Pancakes are to die for. I'm actually dead as I write this review.

It was our first time, loved everything, service and food were great. Liz out server was very nice. I had the avacado toast 😋. Will definitely go visit again.

We love coming here whenever we are on Singer Island. We brought out-of-state visitors on our most recent visit, who loved the relaxed beach atmosphere and delicious food as much as we do. It's the first weekend of Spring Break and while some places are packed, we were seated after a few minutes. Surely, the partying Spring Breakers have many options other than Riviera Beach on their minds. For this occasion, we opted to sit indoors. Usually we sit outdoors when there is live music, but it is usually loud and we wanted to enjoy the company and conversation. The outdoor seating is fine, but this time inside was the best of both worlds for us. The music was loud enough that we could still hear indoors as the sliding glass doors were open. Our meals and drinks were great. A tip for the cost conscience dinner, this place has a great happy hour. We ordered half priced draught beers and better than half off on some appetizers. The firecracker shrimp were our favorite. Another tip is to bring cash. From experience, we knew that a service charge gets added onto the menu for anyone who pays with plastic. We always bring cash to places that use this tactic. This is explained on the menu, if you look closely Our waitress was the friendliest girl ever, although everything seemed to take awhile. That wasn't a problem since we wanted to spend a couple leisurely hours here. The pattern we noticed over time is the service tends to be slow when we come here, so it is what we expect. All in all, we love coming to Mulligans on Singer Island and we keep coming back

Best place ever to dine in! My husband confessed that he had the best fish n chips in his life there! As for me, I liked grilled cheese. Usually I’m not big fan of that dish but Mulligan’s Beach House made me change my mind. Granola and omelette were simply delicious! Our kid gave 5 stars for the burger. And price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience At Mulligans Beach House for Happy hour!!! Firecracker Shrimp and Long Islands were all delicious!!! Staff was welcoming and attentive . We will be back!!!

I absolutely loved this place!
My recent stay on Singer Island was amazing and Mulligan's was my go to place for breakfast and dinner. I was there for 7 days and I ate breakfast 3 times and dinner 4 times.
Everyone who worked there was friendly, the food came quickly and was hot when it arrived at our table.
If your on Singer Island you need to try this place.

They have a great breakfast selection from omelettes to strawberry Mimosas and eggs Benedict. They have a neat little play area for the kids to keep them busy while you dine very cool. I really love the shark on the wall and the green and the blue lights neon lights go around the bar very neat.

I really like this place!! My wife and I came here for lunch. Tbe food was awesome!! That was the best blackened chicken sandwich I've ever had!! Great drinks..nice beach atmosphere..fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Damn good food....very generous portions. Up there with Flanigan's for keeping it real, decent, and enjoyable. Don't sleep on Mulligan's.

Ask for Brian, the best waiter and should be an owner of his restaurant, manifestation!

came in with a party of 10 with no prior warning to them (i am so sorry) and they were honestly really great. we were in and out in just over an hour with only very slight delays on some of our appetizers. the food was AMAZING and our server kelly was really nice! they had live entertainment as well. i would definitely recommend this place!

Ok, gotta be real- this FABULOUS place is less than 100 yards from my condo, but I loved Mulligans before I moved to Singer Island. Or, did I move to Singer because I love Mulligans? The world made never know… But I do know you can’t beat the location and the ambiance- especially outside under the tiki huts! The breakfast special is killer value, the variety of music at night is always food for the ears, and the servers make everyone feel welcome. Come enjoy our beachfront neighborhood- you are welcome!
