I absolutely appreciate my local post office and all the deliverers. They're hard working, honest and devoted employees.

Just moved here last year. Where parking might not be ideal, I've never had a problem. The staff is always talkative, kind, and willing to help... even if youre running in the door at closing. Thanks for being wonderful!

Great customer service. Always happy to help with what need.

The people who work here always go beyond to make sure that you get the help that you need when you need it. Service is the reason that I will continue coming here.

I was waiting for a delivery of saw blades I needed for a job
They were out for delivery but the carrier must have been tired because they were not delivered
The excuse was that driveway or front door was blocked. That is a very, very, very bad LIE.
THERE WAS NOTHING BLOCKING EITHER THE DRIVEWAY OR THE FRONT DOOR.

I regularly have to hunt down the mail person to get my packages. I'm a business and rely on timly delivery. Seriously though, sometimes they come at 8AM, I don't open til 9:30Am, and they just skip right past me and I have to wait til the next day, or Monday if it's a Friday. Sometimes they don't come til 1PM...no ryhme or reason. I take lunch 12:30 - 1:30PM, and sometimes they come during my lunch and, again, just have to wait til the next day and hope I get my packages. If I have outgoing packages I have constantly look for when they're passing by cause they almost never check to see if I have outgoing...supposed to, I'm a business on Main Street.

I had a very important mail should delivered last Monday that showed scan on my informed delivery but I never receive until now.. and I tried I tried to contact but it always say no agent.

Typical over paid government workers that have little respect for the customer. This new location has terrible access from Main street. It is a little tricky for wheel chairs or if you have a hard time walking.

I tracked my package its already post office June 23 delivery 25 26 but it's already 28 I never received it.

Could not track package even with a tracking number.

This post office never answers their phone, the people up front are rude, and they act like it's a damn inconvenience to serve you. Like, I just want my mail. Literally your job. Not that hard.

This place is absolutely useless!!!. I have called every day since the 3rd of November and the phone rings until it rings busy no one will pick up the phone. You can definitely tell it's part of a government system because none of them work,even when they do work they can't even get the mail in the right mailbox. You can't even call the 1-800 number and get a straight answer as to wear a package is that was supposed to be in delivered last week.

I have lived at the same address for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like whats going on with the Wytheville Post Office until the last few months. They have become almost useless. We need a privat delivery service.

Terrible delivery issues. Has often not bothered to deliver, and have had to go pick up any packages. Other times, no matter how many times you call, they don't bother to answer. Poorly supervised, needs an overhaul.
