I have had a great experience with Northwest! When I first moved into my home I had an ant issue, they came quickly and helped get it resolved. They are always friendly and ready to help. The pricing is not bad either!

Northwest people are top notch. They do a Great Job and take care of all issues with pest. Especially Thanks to DJ, my Technician. He is very through and a Friendly and Trustworthy person. Thanks Guys.

I’m very please with my services Northwest Exterminating provides especially from my service professional Will. Will has been great since he took over treating my property. He addressed my concerns, aggressively treated for German roaches I seen in my kitchen a few months back. He conducted follow-ups, continued treatment until he got rid of them. I’m very please with the attention to detail and thoroughness Will provides. He’s always explains what he’s doing and ways I can help to solve the problem. Simply put, Will Moseley is the best.

The secretary is very helpful when scheduling our service appointments. The service guy is very friendly and does an excellent job protecting our home. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home needs.

Northwest has never failed to convey when they will be at my residence to service it. Our technician Jace Cleveland is ALWAYS so friendly & professional! Everytime he services us, he makes sure to say "HELLO" & ask if there is any particular problems we need addressed. He is wonderful! The only way I would want him not to be our technician is for him to be promoted into management. I think he would make a wonderful one! I am ALWAYS recommending Northwest to friends & acquaintances! I have used Northwest Exterminating for the past 14 years in both Northeast and Northwest Georgia. The services techs are all very professional, dependable, reliable and informative, especially our current tech Tyler. He is awesome!

I have a son that has rare medical conditions & so I have the special green service outside & instead. The cost seems high but it is WELL WORTH IT. All of the staff I have worked with have been amazing!! They truly go above & beyond. Trust me! Nothing is wanted in my house that slithers or has more legs than me that belongs outside!! They get to me very quickly. I recommend them to anyone that needs an exterminator.

Absolutely the best! Casey called and showed up exactly when he was scheduled to. I was dealing with a small European Hornet’s nest on the front porch and he came and took care of the issue and even kept my birdhouse where the nest was in tact. I’m thankful for the prompt response before the nest got any bigger!
