Having Westbrook install a new roof on my home was surprisingly stress free, Todd Chalfant the owner came out and walked us step by step through the process.A new shingle roof should never be installed over the old shingle meaning the old shingle had to be torn off , ugh!! Westbrook went through Great lengths to protect my landscaping, tarps completely surrounded my Home, items that needed to be removed for protection were moved or covered. The clean up was spotless and very meticulous, it was apparent the crew Westbrook used has worked with him a long time as everything was organized. Todd the owner was constantly on the roof to detect anything that could potentially be a problem, rotten decking, adequate fasteners from original construction etc. There were a couple problem areas that he corrected and did not try and “upcharge” me. Everything was done as previously discussed and written in our contract and a few additional to boot! They were there on time, worked very hard, they do not work fast but they are continuous and steady! I liked having my roof replaced with no hidden fees, done on time with top of the line quality by a contractor that is fully insured! I couldn't imagine a better experience than the one I have had with Westbrook Roofing. Todd went so far above and beyond to help us. He dealt directly with our homeowner's insurance company(we had storm damage) and spent hours on the phone with them giving them all of the information they needed. Any issues that came up due to our insurance not wanting to pay the correct amount was handled by Todd. Todd also came here right away to put a temporary fix on the roof while we waited for our insurance claim to go through the process. On the day of the roof replacement the workers were very kind and did an amazing job. By some miracle I haven't found any nails on the ground because these guys cleaned up like crazy. I couldn't believe how well they cleaned up, you wouldn't even be able to tell they were there. Our roof is beautiful and will last for 50 years. Todd cares about his customers and you cannot go wrong with this company. I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Todd did an amazing job on our new roof. He is professional and knowledgeable about the different types of shingles. His team is friendly and timely and Todd was there the entire time. Westbrook Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof and skylights last week. Todd (the owner) was extremely helpful in making informed decisions on what products to use. I really appreciated the time that Todd took with me explaining all the choices and that he did not try to up sell or pressure me to go with more expensive products. We went with the Architectural Shingles and the new roof looks fantastic! We have already had one neighbor stop us and comment on how great the roof looks! When Todd and his crew arrived they were on time, detailed, and hard working, leaving nothing behind but a beautiful roof and skylights that I no longer have to worry about leaking! I had a new roof installed in mid October of 2017 and had an exceptional experience with Westbrook roofing. Todd was so helpful in every phase of the project and oversaw the entire job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and arrived on time every time I met with him. He was very informative about the products he installs and very helpful in picking colors that better match your home. I am an OCD person with very few people being able to satisfy me when paying for a job. Todd and his team blew me away! This is the first and last roofer I will ever use. You could not even tell they were there. EVERYTHING was picked up around the house and no traces of anything but a new roof were left. Todd and his team at Westbrook roofing were as professional as they come and made the entire experience painless. The hardest part of having my new roof installed was convincing my wife!

Todd Chalfant at Westbrook helped us tremendously. Not only did he have the most competitive quote, he took a lot of time explaining how and why our roof was defective. He also went into detail, if we chose his company how the roof would be repaired and in our case, replaced. This may sound like the normal process for a roofing company but we called 3 other companies and none of them were nearly as thorough as Todd. The new roof was completed in one day as promised and the results were as good as we expected. If you want to save yourself some time and money, call Westbrook.

I had Westbrook come out to do a estimate on a roof replacement of my home after having several other estimates, they were the first ones to actually get on the roof and look it over as well as being on time for the estimate and performing the work. I've found with any contractor these days they are never on time which is a real pain, except for Westbrook. They replaced my roof with more updated techniques an materials along with some decking, since my home is 40 years old. They also installed gutters around my home and it turned great also. Todd was great to work with and they did an excellent job on my home! I would recommend these guys to anyone without a doubt.

Westbrook Roofing and Remodeling is a good, honest company. Todd was the most prepared out of the three roofers who quoted my home. I have had the roof installed now for over 6 months. I purposely waited to write this review until it had rained several times. After installation, I had one small leak on an exterior wall next to a chimney. I called Todd, and he came out personally within a day or two and repaired the leak. There has been no issues since. The roof looks great. I like the way he did business. I am a local attorney and have tried cases involving bad contractors and many of them are unlicensed, do poor work, and seek to rip off homeowners, so I definitely was cautious entering into this relationship. Take it from me, hire this company. It's not so much about whether or not a company can do perfect work 100% of the time, because that is unrealistic...but the real issue is whether or not they stand behind their work and do they deal fairly and this company does both. Westbrook roofing did an absolutely perfect job from start to finish on four different roofs on my farm. Todd was so professional on describing everything the job would involve and answered my questions in detail along with providing a very detailed estimate which is exactly what the entire job ended up costing. His use of GAF shingles and his knowledge of which style best suited our property was absolutely perfect including the color, and the warranty gave us a solid piece of mind. We couldn’t be any happier with the job and continue to get compliments from anyone who comes over. The job from start to finish was painless and Todd and his crew cleaned up so well when the job was completed and made several sweeps to verify there were zero nails anywhere on the ground. We had a leak and weren't sure it was the roof. We had a couple of contractors come out and we chose Todd. When he came he was more concerned about finding the cause of the leak. Once he found it he inspected the roof and we made a decision to just replace it, not just fix the area.
The damage had started at our skylights. Todd fixed the damage caused by the leaks. He didn't stop there. He fixed the interior and made sure it was painted and looked finished. The crew was easy to communicate with and Todd was on the job the whole time. He continually checked the work and made a few corrections. Our yard was cleaned up the same day, but Todd still came out the next day to check for any missed nails and to review the work. He has stopped by a few times to make sure everything is fine.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Todd again, and I recommend him to you.
