I have always received excellent service. Since I’m a female, I’m aware of the fact that I can be taken advantage of. I’ve never had that experience at Christian Brothers. They’ve always been honest, they’ve always done excellent work and they’ve always done it in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone. Honesty is at a premium in this world we live in today. Lastly, I so appreciate the drop off and pick up service provided. My car may not be the newest or fanciest, but it still deserves to be treated with care. Thank you for such a great service.

Wow what a great place! Took my vehicle there to get looked at and talk about honesty. I thought I needed new brakes and they told me not yet but close. You do not see honesty like this very often in mechanic shops. Christian Brothers has my business from now on! Great job all! The people that we talked to were so informative and pleasant. I love the text updates of everything that is currently happening and the ability to approve and decline items right through text.

I took my 2013 Buick Enclave to Christian Brothers Automotive, in Acworth. They were so polite, professional, and trustworthy! They are very accommodating with a shuttle if you need it. The car repair was done in a very timely manner, with alerts to their progress all along the way. Biggest plus…My car is riding like a dream!

I took my Crown Victoria P71 into Christian Brothers Acworth due to a faulty intake manifold. It was luckily under warranty so I had it redone. It was done with no charge to me. Scott worked with me and ensured that everything was taken care of. Due to a problem with my air filter they also replaced it and my MAF sensor and they only charged for the filter, which I am very appreciative of. Unfortunately there was a problem with the intake after it got re-done, so I brought it back in. With a quick inspection, no fuss and a commitment to making it right, they re-did it. From the 3-year warranty to the desire to make sure all is right, Christian Brothers has an excellent customer service and business model that all shops strive for, but rarely reach in practice. Though it’s difficult to deal with customers there’s so much money and stress on the line with car repair that it pays to operate the way they do. For that, CB has my respect. I’ve had some problems with CBA in the past pertaining to transmission fluid and my airbag, and I usually try to do maintenance myself (for better or worse haha) but this experience has renewed my faith. If you’re ever going to do it and be a little lazy like me sometimes, do yourself a favor and take yourself to Christian Brothers.

Joe and Jared were absolutely amazing ! I just got ripped off by a mechanic that stole our money and broke parts of our engine and to find a place that could fix what we needed at a great price was a God send. In 2 days I was able to drop the car off, they offered a shuttle service to pick us up and got my car back better than before!

My son was moving to the area to start school. His truck needed a few things done. They were very fast getting in, and fixing. The text system they use to notify updates is simple and easy. Lastly they were very nice on the phone, and answered all my questions right then. I recommend any parent with kids in the area to use this place to fix your kids cars, especially if you are not in the area. Can not thank them enough

This is a fantastic shop if you need auto repairs done. I’ve used them exclusively over the past few years. They are professional, provide detailed inspection reports with photos, and work quickly and efficiently to get you back on the road. If they quote you a job and it turns out it’s not needed when they start working, they remove the service and associated charge(s) immediately. This is a good and honest shop. They have my business for life.

From the first phone conversation to picking up my vehicle after the repair...total professionalism. The staff was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the issues with my vehicle. I am so pleased with the way this business is ran that they have made me a client that will return and use them for regular maintenance as well. I 100% totally recommend Christian Brothers!!

Everyone is courteous, pleasant and welcoming, and their service is excellent and timely,I didn't even have to use a rental car. I'm glad I found them and they will be my GO TO Mechanic from now on. I thank them and my car does so as well! 😊

We are from San Diego in an rv towing a jeep. When we unhooked the jeep in Acworth, Georgia our jeep kept loosing power. Not knowing who to go to we chose Christian Brothers Automotive from the internet reviews. We were staying at a local Campground and Christian Brothers took us back to the campground and pick us up when ready. Christian Brothers has been more than helpful in getting me back on the road.

The mechanics and staff at Christian Brothers Acworth were a great! They seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest about helping me with the decisions about getting my vehicle repaired. They also seemed to be quick about my vehicle repairs.

Had a great experience with Christian Brothers! My car was done same day. Had a blower motor replaced. They provided a great warranty on their work. Everyone was pleasant and helpful! Will definitely go back for future needs. I have heard from others that they also were happy with experiences there as well.

This has been the 2nd repair (different problems) to my daughter's car at this shop and I was satisfied with the work performed. I also had a fair understanding of the work needed beforehand. My service advisor Joe kept me updated on the progress and text photos of the broken parts, which I was satisfied with also. Again though, I know some about mechanical work on cars. My only complaint, maybe just a little bit high on the prices for repair. I guess that's the way of the world these days though. The staff there was friendly and thorough and I really don't see this place ripping you off, like so many other horror stories I've heard about at Auto Repair Shops.

I love how friendly everyone is. They really took the time to listen to me; didn't treat me differently for being a semi-clueless-about-cars woman, lol; didn't try to sell things I didn't need; and were very helpful in answering questions and explaining the process, esp as I'd never been to the chain before. I also love that it's a Christian company and had Christian music playing!

Everything and everyone was nice and easy to deal with. When I received my inspection report I was expecting some detail or to talk with a tech, but all i got was an email/text documenting the suggested work. The quote was about half the total value of my car. I really would have liked to talk to someone to get a sense of severity and what I could do now mad what could hold off for a few months. Came in with a check engine light on and unfortunately also left with it on.

We had issues with a Chevy dealership mechanic in Jasper & Christian Brothers were able to help us with our vehicle the same day. Jared was courteous, encouraging, & spot on with our estimate. They finished our vehicle a day early & pick up was quick & efficient. They are officially in my contacts!

Had an electrical short that needed addressed. Dropped it off at 0700 and they were done a little after 1000. Price was fair Mr. Scott even called they day after to see how everything was working. Awesome job!! I recommend Christian brothers in Acworth.

Great guys and great service. They are always willing to go above and beyond to try and fix the issue. As a female, I feel very comfortable going here alone and not feelings like they will "take advantage" me. 10/10!
