I placed an order online and chose curbside pickup. Everything I ordered was correctly picked and in stock, and the person who brought out my order was quick and courteous. I am so happy this option was available!

I needed help with custom matting for wedding presents, and Ann Marie was SO kind and helpful! She helped me deliberate between color choices and frame styles, and was able to get the matting back to me incredibly fast and beautifully done! I highly recommend coming here for your framing needs!

James (the manager ) was absolutely extremely helpful with my online order that didn’t go through to pick up at this location.
He even took all my huge canvas purchases to my vehicle outside with another employee.

Micheals has everything craft wise. I went to Micheals to look for some plastic car models for my son.

better Happy Planner selection than the other location I visited. this one had twice as much as the other one (two end caps vs one) and actually had some of the new teacher planners in stock INCLUDING ones that are sold out on the manufacturer website.

Michaels is my new favorite craft store of all time.

A handy little convenient arts and craft store. Watch there prices!!! I suppose since they offer coupons to promote shopping there, they seem to very often be much higher priced on many items than their competition. Sometimes 40% discount only brings it down to a regular price elsewhere. Their employees are amazing. Always very helpful and friendly. Sometimes that quality of service is more important to me than price. I guess if you want quality people, you have to pay them. So, with that, they have my business and my support.

I accompanied my Granddaughters, both young adults to this store on a late evening and our experience was very nice. Although it was very near closing they still were very accommodating in helping them to find what they were looking for. We didn't feel rushed to decide because of timing and the lady was very professional. My experience will certainly lead me to shop at this particular store location again. Thank you for a pleasant visit..

Clean, organized., staff so wonderful and friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Like JESS omg she's so sweet I asked where I could find a garbage can As I was crouching down with my son and she immediately over at our side asked if I was okay and if my baby was .... I explained I was giving him a banana cuz he was cranky and her hand was immediately out and said I will take that up for you She took our garbage banana peel to throw herself instead of me having to do one more task with a tired cranky toddler and my hands full of crafting supplies my toddler not allow me to put in a basket I was still having to push with his stroller And him not even in it. It was really wonderful to have someone show that kindness and compassion to Mom with a toddler Who hasn't been out much and other places he has been he's NEVER been to Michael's.... so the humongous craft lettering had him out of his mind...just could not believe Those little letters he once knew so small and easy to manipulate 0 So easily too throw into the toilet could be so humongous and intimidating but also intriguing so he just.... he went Savage 🤣 omg such wonderful people ...wonderful ....store great prices..❤❤❤ I really hope Jess gets the recognition that she deserves

This Michael's has a good mix of floral and decor items. Papers, books, stickers and embellishments for Scrapbook and Memory books. Jewelry findings and beads. Frames for DIY and Aaron Brothers custom framing. Painting and canvas. Needlework. Yarn. Children's crafts. Seasonal flowers, crafts, and home decor. If what you need is not available for in-store shopping, you can order online and get it sent to the store for pickup.
The store is neat, clean and well stocked.

On my most recent visit I used their new self check out. It is very easy to use. After you imput your rewards number, it reminds you to use discounts you may have. I enjoy interacting with the cashiers, but this is fast and easy.

Great store with great prices! Get a rewards account, it will be worth it if you shop as an artist! They have sales all the time, and the rewards program will alert you so that you don't have to guess when things are on sale. Easy access from many directions...my Google Maps directed me in a back way which at first didn't make sense until I arrived.

I recently had a picture framed here at Micheal. I found my entire experience with them to be top notch. The associate that helped me was very friendly and very accommodating. We went through five different frames before choosing one that she showed me. The finished product look like something that would come out of a gallery. I am very happy with the service that I received and would use them again.
