Friendly locals and news on cable TV. As a news junkie, I love it. The place has really improved. They are really fast and economical when you use their app. Deals all the time on the app. If you order from the counter, it may take a minute for them to notice you.

I come here probably 1-4 times a week to get atleast a coffee, maybe some food if i feel hungry. I always use the drive thru because even though it can be busy they do a good job at keeping the line efficient and moving. The same young girl is usually always the one handing me my food she is tall and skinny and always does a good job. She greets me and confirms my order and is always radiating good vibes. The coffee is always hot just the way i like, and the hasbrowns are a must have. Good job guys

Ever since they built the new McDonald's in the same place where the old one was I find myself wanting to go back. The food taste better, service is incredible, atmosphere awesome and very well maintained.

The associates working today were just wonderful. Sense of humor. Small talk. Thank you! It's refreshing to see smiles.

It's my favorite go to when in a hurry. I always order ahead on the app to save time and earn points.

On a trip with kids and got to the hotel late. We were here well after dinner and the service was fast (as you’d hope for Mcdonald’s) but the 5 stars came from the service. A small group was in front of us but the staff wasn’t flustered, but to the contrary was more pleasant than expected. Service with a smile and engaging with the kids.

Mr.brayton at the drive threw did an amazing job with my complicated order. He was very professional, patient, and positive. Thank you for the perfect performance !

Same as usual which is great. But this time I was over charged and didn't realize it but when I went to the next window for my food that associate did and got it fixed real quick.

Excellent service, excellent food.

They took our order and forgot that they didn't have ice cream. We sat down they came over were very apologetic gave us a refund. Then later came back and gave me a refund on my chicken strips because it was taking so long. I feel they really went out of their way for two things that I consider minor.

Stop in on 6/5/18 Had a great ice coffee and some chicken nuggets. I was impressed by the speed of the dining room service and friendliness of the counter person. The manager said hi, which nice (just acknowledging the presents of a customer.) It was very clean inside the restaurant as was the mens bathroom. The outside of the restaurant was clean as well. The chicken nuggets were fresh out of the fryer, you can't go wrong with that. Bonus was that they carry hot mustard sauce again. Its seems like every couple of years they try to get rids of this sauce. But they had it. This location of MCD is a good one.

Very busy place The manager on our visit did an excellent job communicating to the staff and kept thing moving smoothly, with excellent fast service with fresh fries and fresh burgers. Super impressed as the service here was better than much less busier McDonalds I visit.

The customer service was excellent. The front three managers did an awesome job. We will be back for sure

McDonald's is always a favorite place to eat. One can't dine in the place due to the pandemic, but the drive-thru is fast and efficient! I was waited on by a friendly staff member. McDonald's is always so busy! I got lucky this time!!

Friendly staff food came out fast hot only thing they keep forgetting every time is the sweet and sour sauce that my daughter wants

Hot and quick favorites for breakfast like your classic sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin or mcgriddle. They are observing the virus prevention which is good. No eat in yet just drive through. I like the fact that the food is hot not barely warm like some places. Our local Chippewa Falls McDonalds is good for hot food. Enjoy your favorites ours was just a quick breakfast sandwich but still great!
