I drove an hour and a half to look at a truck after talking with the salesman Brad. The truck was nice for its age, but we couldn't get a deal done. Before leaving, we found another truck on the lot in my price range, not something I initially looked at but a very nice truck. We were able to make a deal on it. Got it home, and two days later, the check engine light came on for a thermostat issue. In talking with Brad, I was able to bring the truck back and get the issue taken care of. It's been a few weeks, but the problem has not returned, and there have not been any other issues with the truck.

Amazing customer service, quick and painless sale (did not get a loan, so cannot give opinion of that process) no pressure, everyone was very friendly.

Chris Kaiser was great to work with, highly recommended! He was friendly and caring and understood our needs and worked to make things as seamless and quick as possible. It was a Saturday, they are closed on Sundays and naturally he was super busy with multiple customers, I observed that he did an amazing job of juggling his customers, but the world is changing and sadly so do people’s patience and attitudes.

“How” you buy will vary your experience here like any other lot, however the customer service here, no hidden fees, no pressure, friendly staff, great selection, free carfax report with their vehicles are simply adding to the reasons to buy your vehicle here!

We will most likely be back to get our next vehicle if they once again have what we need for our family!

I have bought both a used car and a used truck from them and the buying experience was unsurpassed. Tim Hayden provided substantial documentation on the vehicles history and was pleasant to work with. Tim went as far as to track down a bottle of touch up paint for the truck in case i needed it. The car is absolutely flawless and the truck had a lot of repairs and updates before purchase to get it up to their standards. They do not sell any junk, they stand behind their vehicles and work. The truck did have some problems after purchase but given Christine Peirce, and Dave Marquart's genuine care for their customers they went above and beyond to get my truck repaired.

Having Bert K back as a service writer is the best thing since sliced bread. Excellent communications and made sure the warranty work on my truck was done right.

Exemplary dealership. Ordered my 2024 sierra HD from Dan and his crew. Quick allocation and excellent service. I drove 5.5 hours just to work with these folks, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

We had some car trouble on the way home from our vacation. It was a simple fix and they got us in and out within an hour - no appointment! On a side note, I’m the sales manager at another GM dealership. The clean and well equipped facility, friendly and professional staff, and all around customer centric culture left me beyond impressed. Keep up the great work!

Our Salesman Rick was awesome to work with. Very thorough with all the details and listened to what we wanted. Steve our delivery person knew everything...which is huge coming from a 2015 with minimal options. My only complaint would have to be On-Star which we were not able to get connected as of yet.
