Nice bright, clean, big store. Huge selection of organic produce. Huge selection of standard produce. Some really great weekly deals. Every day prices are fair. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

It was the Friday evening, after Thanksgiving, and I had this new store all to myself. The staff was pleasant. The shelves were stocked. The prices were easy to see.

If you haven't done your shopping with the app recently , I HIGHLY recommend it! It will tell you exactly where to find your item by isle and isle section, on a sticker on the top left of the shelving. I find the numbering system for aisle 1, produce and dairy sections a bit confusing. And if I add an item to my cart, it won't necessarily tell me if it has sold out, but it's not a huge problem.
I'm enjoying it for everything else.

Very nice store and it's nice to have another grocery store between Cornell and Chippewa. The employees are courteous and friendly. Price and quality options are good.

I hope they are consistent over time. I would like to leave a similar review a year from now.

I went to Festival in Chippewa for the first time on Thursday, flyer/coupons in hand from the mail delivery Saturday. I used self-checkout and the wonderful Jayme asked if she could bag for me. I scanned my items and noticed the coupons weren't deducting. I asked Jayme for help and she pointed out the coupons expired on Wednesday – the day before. Well, I’m a dummy. She went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. She’s a keeper and Festival in Chippewa is lucky to have her! Customer service at this location is phenomenal, the sale prices are great, and I'm thankful to have another shopping option in Chippewa.

Everything is so much newer and more exciting. The deli is also much bigger than most. No need for a caribou since there is one literally right down the road. Love the popcorn bar. It literally made me say ‘yay’ for sure

Love having a Festival Food Store within 3 miles of my home. Their quality is always excellent & they go above & beyond to make you feel like you're their #1 customer . So friendly & helpful !!

This store has a nice assortment of products and good prices. I like that you can save on gas from Kwik trip using their festival rewards card. They have an asian and gourmet popcorn place upon entry with a self checkout close by. As always, the staff is helpful and friendly. It’s a good addition to the community!

well it was my first time there I did some grocery shopping the staff was great and if I am in the area again I will definitely shop there again so keep up the great work thanks
