Markquart Toyota is my go to place for buying and servicing my car. They always have been very helpful to me for anything I need. Buying a car here is an absolute no brainer! I’ve been working with Mike Peterson in sales over the course of the last few months on getting me my special ordered 2024 Camry XSE in Cavalry Blue 😁 He has been a tremendous help in the buying and ordering process and I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond for making this experience the best car buying experience you can find! I originally ordered my brand new Camry back in late July, said it could take up to 3-4 months, no problem. A week or so later I decided I wanted to add more options to the car after I already did the deposit on it. Well let me tell you what, he made it happen! Just a simple phone call and he gladly made sure to get the additional options installed on it and even gave me verification that it went through. Mike has made the car buying process enjoyable and stress free and I truly appreciate Markquart for having such a phenomenal team! Also, he even notified me as soon as my new car showed up so I could come take a look at it before they send it through their Pre Delivery Inspection and took time out of his busy day so I could come look at it right away 😁There’s no doubt I’ll be a loyal customer because of how well they treat you here. I went to Markquart Toyota looking for a new-to-me truck. I really went in with low expectations based on my history with other dealerships. The morning after I submitted an online request (it was late), I got a text from Heather Kaeding. Not just a text, but a personalized video walkaround of the truck. I have NEVER received this kind of treatment before - this was my "Amazing Service" #1. I loved what I saw and set up an appointment to go see the vehicle (it was over an hour away from me). Upon arrival 2 hours later, Heather had placed a Hold on the vehicle to ensure it didn't sell before I arrived. This was my "Amazing Service" #2. Once I exited my truck, Heather was walking out and greeted me right away - "Amazing Service" #3. A walkaround, test drive, and discussion later, I was talking with the Sales Manager Luke Snively and Business Manager Doug Miller. Both these guys are great, professional, and ensured all my questions were answered. Yup, "Amazing Service" #3. After the purchase, I was followed up by Heather the next day to ensure everything was going great with my purchase. "Amazing Service" #4.

Worked with Abby to get my Sienna and she was amazing. It took quite awhile to get the Sienna, but she always kept me updated on the process. When the vehicle was built and shipped she was very communicative about what to expect, provided all information I would need to ensure a smooth process. When I came in to complete my purchase she ensured I felt comfortable with everything along with showing features on the Sienna. Made me feel important and not that I was just there to buy and leave. I would 100% recommend working with Abby!

We chose to look for a used car here when my husband's died because we have had our vehicle serviced here for years and have always been happy. The salesperson, Matt, had the car we wanted to test drive ready and warm for us when we arrived. Our appointment was 45 minutes before closing time, but there was no pressure and we weren't rushed. After the test drive, we were offered a beverage while we reviewed things. We decided to purchase, and the paperwork was ready in minutes. The warranty options were presented and explained clearly, but again with no hard upsell or rush. We were offered a free loaner to drive until our vehicle would be ready in a few days since they still have to detail the car and fix a few things. This extra thoughtful gesture makes our lives so much easier for a few days and is the kind of above-and-beyond service that creates loyal customers.

Heather was awesome and willing to show me all the spec of the vehicle and how to work the stow&go seating. Cody was quick with the loan info and all the details behind it.

Abby is amazing, she walked me thru everything in detailed, and get all paperwork done quickly. She is genuine,
she wasn't talking me in unnecessary services that do not meet my needs. not too many dealership still do this anymore when they see that you know nothing about car. 100% recommend Abby.

Talking about the extended warranty is always the worst part. But overall Abby and Scott were great to work with. Love my car upgrade!

Tyler in service was a great help in giving me a full understanding and report card on my brand new 2003 Toyota Highlander 😂. I had a simple service repair on my “Yoda” but I left with a check list of things that I should be aware of, things to get completed, safety things that may come up, and a floormat that was removed from the driver’s spot that absolutely was a safety hazard; it was curled up under the gas pedal. I knew about this too!
