I recently had the opportunity to buy out my lease from Chippewa Valley Mazda , and I must say, I had a wonderful experience with a charming car salesman.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly and charismatic salesman Jared. His warm smile and positive energy instantly put me at ease. He listened attentively to my needs and understood that I was interested in buying out my lease instead of leasing a new car.

The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process and guided me through each step with patience and expertise. He explained the buyout options available to me and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. He even went above and beyond to get me a great deal on the buyout price.

What impressed me the most was his genuine willingness to help. He took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how small or insignificant they may have seemed. He was transparent about the financial aspects and made sure I understood all the details.

Throughout the entire process, Jared maintained a professional yet personable approach. He made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to buy out my lease.

We had a great experience with Chippewa Valley Mazda. Tyler had both of the vehicles we were interested all ready for us to test drive. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and super friendly. He never made us feel pressured to buy anything or to hurry up and leave (even though there was a snow storm brewing outside). I must also note that I left quite a few items in my trade-in and he happily retrieved them all for me without grumbling a couple of days later. :) I would highly recommend visiting Chippewa Valley Mazda if you're looking for a vehicle. I worked with Tyler Griffith and the best car buying experience I've had. It took over an hour with lots of hoops to jump through. He worked with me through everything, talked through everything, and kept a positive attitude. He was extremely understanding and all around a good experience.

My wife and I called ahead and spoke with Bryce about test driving a vehicle. He had the truck ready to go and was very helpful the whole time and answered all of our questions that we had. He made the whole buying experience very pain-free and enjoyable. Would recommend Bryce to anyone for their vehicle needs in the future.

Both the sales & service teams are wonderful to work with! I bought my new car from this store & worked with Nariah to make sure there were no surprises in the deal while I waited for the car to arrive. Their texting is very convenient and gets quick responses as well.
Caleb has been outstanding to work with for service. Communication is top notch & they really make you feel like they listen to your concerns. Caleb was able to squeeze my car into the schedule despite my travel making time tight. Both warranty work & regular maintenance are made easy with digital inspection pictures, video walk arounds and technicians explaining what they are doing to the car. The facility is also clean & people are friendly. They also have loaner cars available at no charge so life doesn’t have to stop when your vehicle needs service.

Jared was a very good young man to work with. He made our time at Chippewa Valley Mazda meaning and gave us a very good deal. There was wasn't any pressure to buy or to accept something we didn't want. I would recommend Jared to anyone. Thanks for the great service.

Purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in early December, this is probably the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Had arranged to test drive a couple of Grand Cherokees via the internet. While on my way I got a call to tell me they had the Jeeps ready for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted at both doors with a warm welcome. Jared Beach was my salesman; pleasant, knowledgeable, a professional in every way. I drove both Jeeps and told him I would give it some thought. That evening, I decided to purchase one and let Jared know. The following day, again greeted warmly at both doors. Everyone I dealt with through the purchase process was pleasant and professional. I have already recommended Jared and Chippewa Valley Mazda to several friends. Well done!!

I recently brought my 2013 Mazda CX5 into Chippewa Valley Mazda for some needed maintenance. I've had a relationship with this shop for nearly 20 years, having purchased several vehicles, and done most of their servicing there. My vehicle is nothing fancy, but every time I. bring it in, I'm treated with friendliness, professionalism and competence...top-shelf treatment, all around. People who know their stuff, and like what they're doing. Quality workmanship, and pride in jobs well; done. Needless to say, I like the place, for these and many other reasons!

In November I had a few questions that I needed answered & they were so helpful by asking different service people /mechanics to be able to answer my questions correctly. Everything was patiently explained to me. Sometimes the owners manual you receive with your car is so hard to understand bc they cover different models of cars. I really appreciated the great service that I received. Now on Jan. 31 we were traveling from WI Dells & we had a flat 60 miles south of Chippewa Valley Mazda, so we changed the flat & stopped at the dealership. They were able to fit us in & replace all 4 tires & change our oil. This place always has given us exceptional service & we appreciate it so much!!! Thank you Chippewa Valley Mazda!

This was my first time coming to a dealership- I got a used car & I'm loving it! Had a couple minor issues arise shortly after getting it but they took care of me & gave me great service. When the time comes to get a new car again, this will probably be the first place I go to look ( : All the staff are friendly and cool!!! Thank uu Mazda

Kudos to Cody Seng!! He is awesome! Super Cool!! Cody made sure he understood what I was looking for and took me step by step with my car purchase. I can tell he really cared about my concerns and answer all of my question, no matter how it sounded. So yes, I did the crazy, my nephew and I drove 300 miles from Illinois to Wisconsin to get my car and it was worth it! Sometimes it's good travel the extra mile(s) for great service. Also, you can enjoy the scenery! Nariah is very nice and he leads a great team! I think Illinois dealerships can learn a lot from Chippewa Valley Mazda! Also, Illinois sales reps can learn a lot from Cody Seng! It's about listening to the customer and really caring about what you do! I wish you all an abundance of success!

Had a brutal time with extended warranty company. But CVM made it as easy as possible to get the vehicle up and running and even gave us a discount because of out struggle with the warranty company. Super nice of them!

Just had an oil change and tire rotation done today. I was able to drop my vehicle off early, take a shuttle to work, my service was done even before my appt time and they gave me ride back to the dealership! Prompt service, everyone was courteous and Heather did a great job explaining my multi point inspection!

The team at CVM was incredibly friendly without betraying professionalism. I ran into a snag with making an initial payment, but they were understanding about it and held onto the vehicle I had selected for a few days until I could get the kinks ironed out. Another thing to note was the depth they went into for the insurances and add-on packages without it being an information-dump - I felt confident that I was making informed decisions. The customer support here is incredible overall. If you're looking for a vehicle, definitely give this place a try.

Excellent service buying my new 2024 CX5. I had gone in a week prior to see what inventory was there, spoke with Josh, and said I would be back in when I had more time available. Came back in and he helped me pick out the one I wanted, and I was driving it home the next day!
Josh made the whole process effortless on my part and made sure I had everything I needed before I left that day. I am very happy with my new Mazda!

I’m so thankful for Chippewa Valley Mazda for getting my car in quickly, before my warranty was about to expire. The parts did take longer than anticipated due to some unforeseen circumstances, however, Trent was in constant contact, and the rest of the team assisted when Trent was not available. A big thank you to Trent, Heather, Trevor, and everyone else that assisted in keeping me informed!! I will definitely take my car here again!!

I was shopping online from Phoenix, AZ and I saw a vehicle I was interested in at Chippewa Valley Mazda. Josh reached out to me and provided information about the vehicle and did not pressure me whatsoever. He went out of his way to send me a detailed video of the vehicle. This man was standing outside in the freezing cold going above and beyond for a potential customer halfway across the country. He followed up after a couple of days later, again without any pressure, offering his assistance again. Although I did not buy the vehicle at Chippewa, I felt compelled to share how great I was treated by their staff.
