Courtyard by Marriott Carrollton

The staff here is the best, with one small exception. Here is a suggestion, if you are going to be a bartender, you really need to have people skills. The rest of the staff were outstanding. I had to stay here for over 50 days and they all made me feel very welcome. A couple of standouts are Carol at the front desk and Harley behind the bar.

I have been staying at Courtyard for about a week now for work. Location is perfect, you're near the square which is several cute little shops and restaurants.
The staff is amazing. Ashley, Carol, and Harley are so sweet and always have a smile to make your day better. I loved getting to chat with each of them, being on the road so much can get lonely and they definitely helped me feel like I wasn't alone.
THE BED IS LIKE A CLOUD. I don't know if its the bed itself or how they make it, but I never wanted to get out of bed.
The gym is smaller but I worked out each day after work and was able to get a great workout in.

Overall, if I have to come back to Carrollton for work, I will definitely be staying here again.

My son and I visited this past weekend. Service: Gorgeous African American lady that checked me in was so pleasant and had great customer service;which is a rarity nowadays.
Location: Great! Walking distance to many restaurants, fast food, gas stations etc. Atlanta is about an hour away.
Rooms: Clean! Indoor pool was cleam. Also, there are firepits on the grounds
Would stay here again.

Check in was easy. Customer service excellent! Beds are a comfortable firmness. Nice pool area indoors. Outdoors there is a beautiful fire pit. Check out at noon. A little pricey, but worth it. Definitely would stay again.

We wanted to thank the amazing Courtyard staff for everything during the weekend of my daughter's wedding on November 16-18. The friendly staff running the front were so helpful handing out the many welcome bags for the guests as they arrived. The bar tender provided excellent service as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the great location to the downtown restaurants and shops.

Hotel staff are excellent, very friendly, cordial and respectful. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and the food is great.

Coming thru for work and stopped for the night room was amazing and beautiful, wasn’t to bad of a price definitely the best room I’ve stayed in lately and less money then most. Night shift wasn’t to friendly at counter but checking out carol was amazing! Best Marriott I’ve stayed in so far!

Rooms are recently updated (and really well done). The gym could use a refresh but otherwise this is an incredible Courtyard property with walking distance to numerous downtown Carrollton restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

Amazing staff Johnathan front desk is awesome, but they are all great! We drive out of the way about an hour to stay here when we are In the “area.” Indoor pool is cold and I love it! Rooms are great! Love love love this location. There just isn’t much around it in the immediate area, great for a night when driving long distances!

We left Six Flags heading back toward home and wanted to try one more small-town during our vacation in Georgia. I’m a rewards member so it was much lower points than other area hotels with much better reviews. The room was clean, beds amazingly comfortable, hotel quiet. We didn’t stay long but it’ll be our new hotel on the way to/from Six Flags.

This is my go to hotel to stay when I am in town for work because of its convenience to the corporate office. I've had nothing but a positive experience during my stays. When anything is brought to the attention of the staff they respond immediately to reach a resolution quickly. Definitely meets the needs for business travel!

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciate their kindness. We had booked a room for a week at a reduced, long-term rate. After 1.5 days, we had to tragically cut our visit short. The staff honored the reduced rate and even only charged us for one night. Given our fragile emotional state at the time, this bit of kindness and empathy meant the world to us. Thank you! We won't forget it.

The front desk help was most kind, in fact Sharmayne Chandler turned out to be a former student of mine from Indianapolis Indiana. It was so rewarding to see her doing so well. I was most pleased to reconnect. She was very friendly and most helpful. The location was perfect to the Hobbs Farm disc golf course that we wanted to play. It is very convenient.

Very clean and friendly! Breakfast is wonderful. It's not like most other hotels; there is a charge for breakfast and coffee. The rooms have everything you need to get a shower and a good night's rest. Pretty quiet. Highly recommend

Staff was friendly and the bed was nice and soft. Well designed spaces. Cleaning ladies played loud music that could have been played using earphones. They seamed to be happy doing their job, that was good to know but I was using the hotel to work remotely and that was distracting. Overall nice stay and I would recommend.

Off the beaten path but situated in quiet Carrollton, Georgia, with a friendly staff and several good local restaurants, shops, and businesses within easy walking distance.

What was unique, was that you could open your room’s window to let in fresh air and the blackout curtain for sleep, went all the way across instead of meeting a second one in the middle, like every other hotel I’ve been in. That was nice to not have that sliver of bright light that one can never seem to occlude no matter how much you mess with them. Lastly, the bathrooms had a shelf that allowed for storage of toiletries and bathing items, which I’ve never see in a hotel (pictured here).

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Free parking, short walk to a few good restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good place to stay in Carrollton. Decent hotel with nice stuff and big comfortable room. Cons if You will get/have electric car there is no chargers on the parking lot. Overall nice standard hotel to stay for few nights when staying in Carrollton. Location is perfect for trying some local restaurants. Walking distance to many good places to eat.

Great hotel!! The reception is super nice and friendly

Expensive (for us anyway) but it's really nice. We just had a regular room but it had a sofa which was nice since we had guests for part of the evening. The bed was super comfortable. Fire pit out back was lovely. Pool was a little cold but on good shape. Staff was extremely friendless and helpful. And it's within walking distance of the square.
