Very clean and loved the big tables. So excited to find yummy fish and fish sandwiches. All round pleasant experience.

Oh my goodness I absolutely LOVE this place. The food was just so good the service was great. The meal was better than eating a real home cooked meal. And not a wife trying to cook I mean momma's cooking. They were practicing all the pandemic requirements perfect the cleanliness was something these workers really took to heart. I just wished we had one of these Jack's near Camden Tennessee. I pulled in thinking i was getting Jack in the box fast food and ended up with a new favorite restaurant.

Good fast food joint. They have a mix of sandwiches, burgers, and fried chicken. I got a menu special, the Alabama white sauce chicken sandwich and it was huge and filling. The rest of my family got the chicken fingers and they enjoyed them. Nice spot with a nice selection of southern specialities.

Nice clean store. Everyone was friendly, better than most places like this. If you're looking for a quick stop with friendly people, this is your spot.

Jack's has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants for years. This location has always provided friendly service and a quality product.

Just swung in for a quick grab-n-go on the road. The food was pretty darn good. The chicken was fantastic - crispy, tasty, tender, hit the spot! Also recommend “comeback” sauce for the fries. A flair on the comparable “animal” style fries from in-n-out but with a spicy kick!

I can admit the food here is always on point, however, customer service is terrible. Each time I come either the employees are rude, or there is a very long wait. This morning I came to get breakfast and I was just trying to ask the woman at the window if she put cheese on my sausage biscuit and she refused to answer me. When I got to the window I asked her again because I figured she did not hear me, and she said yes, then proceeded to snatch my card from me. When she gave the card back, she shoved it into my hand. Nobody said have a nice day or anything. I understand that work can be frustrating and sometimes we just have bad days, but I wish that everyone would remember that sometimes you are not the only person going through something. I work in fast food myself, so I get it, but never is that an excuse to make someone else's day bad too.

MAJOR IMPROVEMENT since last time, months ago. Food is still GOOD. NEW wraps are packed and decently priced. Please keep up the good work.

My family's food was fresh, and the service was excellent. Was traveling and stopped by and will definitely stop by again. The bathroom was also very clean.

Stopped by for a quick bite on the way home from Nashville. First time trying Jack’s and it was so good! Tenders were delicious and fresh. Honey mustard was amazing and the mashed potatoes were hot and good too. 10/10

The lady that is the drive thur window. Right now 3/2 at 10:56am is killing it. She smiling she’s inviting multitasking with still maintaining her duties. It seem like they were short but you could not tell with her. If I had cash I would have tipped her!

Friendly, delicious burger, and when they double-checked my special order at the speaker box and the window, I knew they cared about customers getting exactly what they want, which of course I did! Thanks for the good and quick drive-through grub on my way back home to Minnesota.

Food was hot, burned my finger tips. Everything was well seasoned. Customer service was good absolutely zero complaints all the way around.
