Acceptance made a power move when they hired Adrian Mitchell. While Adrian was putting my quote together we chatted and laughed, when he gave me my quote I started to cry. To most it will look simply as a good deal on auto insurance but to a single mother like me it looks more like less financial strain each month, the ability to pay baseball registration fees without having to put a bill off until next pay day, more food on the table.and some long overdue fun with my som. Adrian was able to cut my monthly payment in half saving me $200 a month. Yet my old insurance company.was assuring me I was the best price. Adrian was able to include options I previously had to decline with the old company such as rental reimbursement, towing and road side assistance..I was paying double the price and getting only the bare minimum coverage, no roadside assistance no towing or rental reimbursement. Adrian stayed on the phone with me throughout the entire process from the quote, to the signing of the documents, he made sure to email me my new insurance cards even reminding me to give my old insurance company a courtesy call to inform them of the change. Adrian is knowledgeable , professional and most importantly personable, I didn’t feel like I was being sold insurance it felt more like I was chatting with an old friend. He heard my concerns about the old company and worked diligently to provide me with a policy that works for my budget and my families needs. . Acceptance has gained a lifelong customer, as long as Adrian Mitchell is my Insurance Agent. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
